Very comfortable room. Dog friendly. Plenty of grass area to walk your dog. Even provide a dog treat at check-in. Walking distance to shopping, and restaurants. Room had microwave and refrigerator to heat up food from grocery store. Food at the restaurant was good, but a little expensive. Would definitely stay here again.

A really nice and classy hotel with beautiful rooms in a great setting. Spacious rooms with nice amenities. Despite not providing a complimentary breakfast, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone.

Spent one night here, passing through on a road trip. Convenient access off the highway, and the room was clean, and fairly quiet. Highway noise wasn't really an issue. Friendly desk staff. Would consider staying there again.

The bedding was delightfully clean, with the scent of fresh laundry, rather than the pseudo-clean smell of formaldahyde or Fabreeze. The rooms were amazingly quiet. The layout of the property was whimsical and the food was excellent. I have never had such a comfortable night away from home. I will definitely arrange future travels to allow me a stay over...

This was our first time in Mount Shasta and our stay was great. Hotel has a nice and clean room with furnished patio, mini fridge and microwave. On the side it's a restaurant and bar with excellent food. Huge jacuzzi and very big pool. The only down side that pool was very COLD. Looking forward to come back again and...

It very cute, and nice, however in the lounge/bar area our experience wasn't good, we waited some 20 minutes before we got up and left, due to NO service, at which the waitress, spoke to us when we entered, the waitress looked over at us several times, and yes there where other people within the area, however a menu and...

We couldn't have planned a weekend getaway any better. We love the Best Western Tree House and have been staying there since our kids were young in the early 90's. It's close to the ski area as well as Lake Siskiyou. It was the perfect weekend to be in the mountains during a weekend of record snowfall. The restaurant and...

The front desk staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms have two doors - one to the outside and one to a hallway connecting all the facilities. The rooms are designed to be rugged and outdoorsy, but up to date and very comfortable. Since the location is away from the highway, the area is very quiet which makes...

This was a great stop for us along our journey to Washington! It has a log cabin retreat feel and we were glad we stopped and stayed! The indoor pool was a super plus for our daughter. The restaurant is pretty popular with the locals but we didn't eat there. They also had a band playing classic rock as well...a...

We typically stay at this hotel a couple times a year to ski and always appreciated the convenience of the breakfast buffet. The buffet has been eliminated and replaced by a made to order breakfast. As a family, we just don't have the time or desire to order breakfast when we're trying to get out the door and on the...
