Do NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! the rooms were dirty, we could not check in until 5pm and there was construction going next door. Banging was going untill 8pm and when we tried to change rooms the receptionists who was very rude, and basically told us to leave!!!. The service was horrible and rooms cost over $200 per night! This hotel is undergoing renovations which is not a bad thing but they really are not ready for guests. There is Dry wall all over the carpet and on the walls of the room. The showers have mold. Our air conditioner did not work in one room. We had no maid service in another room the tv did not work...

Unfortunately the Ivy Hotel Napa was a complete disappointment in every possible way. The bed was the worst ever and neither my husband or I slept much at all. We tossed and turned and tried to find a comfortable position on the hard-as-a-rock mattress. We even considered sleeping on the floor, but it has been replaced with hardwood laminate, so...

We used to stay here when it was a Best Western, but now it seems to have gone down hill: no cooked breakfast; leaking shower; no hooks in bathroom; only TWO clothes hangers, etc. Other reviews are similar.

I usually wait until a stay is over until writing a review, but this place has deteriorated enough I don't need to wait. Stayed here a few times before with no problems but this will be our last time here. The room has been redone with hard floors. I'm sorry, are they expecting global warming to advance the beaches so...

I stayed at the Ivy Hotel with two other people. We had issues with the amount of supplies left for us in the room (towels, bedding) and had to ask multiple times to receive them. In addition, the hotel allowed people other than hotel employees (not housekeeping, but contracted third party movers) access to our room while we were out...

Hotel was okay. Not bad... not great. If you get a deal then go for it... if same price as a different hotel then go there. Breakfast bread, fruit. Cereal... very basic. Wifi poor and slow. Rooms clean. We had to unplug the refrigerator due to excessive noise.

Don't-Don't-Don't-stay at this place. It was dirty, it smelled bad, we had the WORST breakfast of my life, and the icing on the cake was I woke up with bites all over my body!!! Yes, that's right the place is bug infested. I complained to the front desk attendant who responded "oh I'm sorry to hear that, so would you...

I had the ability to get up to Napa for 2 nights while on a business trip to CA. The Ivy hotel is a basic place to get a nights sleep. The bed was nice and the room was ok. The bathroom had been refinished and was nice. The AC did not fully work, so the room was a not...
