I made a reservation, and then had to cancel it a few days later. The new owner, "Kevin Extreme," took not only the first night deposit, but several days later, he then took the entire cost of the trip out of my bank account. When I called to talk to him about it, he said the money was owed to...

Stayed in one of the "bed and breakfast" rooms. The place was really run down, pretty much falling apart: sink completely clogged up, no screens in most of the windows, right on the noisy road (and with the owners making a racket late at night, too.) Be prepared; we arrived at 5 on a Sunday, and found that the nearest...

Friendly staff, stayed in one of the new rv sites (should be nice after all the work is done ), good price. Unfortunately would not recommend to others due to the fact that I was kept awake until after 10 pm by the irritating sound of 4 wheelers and a side by side running through the campground over an over...

Due to a previous poor review of the motel rooms, we had planed only 1 night at this place during our California round trip. That was the only thing we regretted during our stay. For a really good price you get a clean, rustic but functional room upstairs in a wooden building which has 2 rooms in total. It's not...

We had 2 quiet nights in cabin #4 inspite of being just a few feet from highway 89. This is a great location for trips into Lassen Volcanic National Park and if you dont plan to spend alot of time in the cabin. It is small but cozy. There is a small store onsite for necessities. The cabin is supplied...

We are bicycle touring the Northwest staying in motels. We had one of the rooms above the barn in the rear of the property. Nothing attractive about the property or room. This is just a place to stay for the night, or better yet, if you're in a car, move on down the road. The positives: you're not sleeping on...

Stayed here hiking solo. Loved the relaxing vibe and simple lodgings. It's not fancy, but it's very clean and charming. I would definitely bring the family back here or come solo. Great location for wilderness areas and Lassen, or as a pass-through toward Reno.

This is a nicely maintained property on the north side of Lassen National Park. The cabins are basic, with comfortable beds, and plentiful hot water. The staff was helpful, and it is nice to have the store for supplies. It was a relaxing and comfortable place to stay.
