Great location at the base of the mountain. Our room was on the 4th floor facing the mountain (Red Dog Chair Lift). At bedtime I enjoyed shutting off all the lights and watching the run groomers work the mountain in the dark with the bright headlights, very peaceful. We had a surprise treat on Saturday evening when there was a...

Great rooms, we had a mountain view, kitchen, dining tables, and a fireplace. Conveniently located by the tram and restaurants. Just go downstairs and start skiing and/or hit the restaurants and bars. Parking was underground, long walk but they have dolly carts for us. Overall, most memorable experience so far skiing at Squaw Valley.

I took a day trip with a Ski group but I planned to go solo. I had a great time. Squaw valley has many lifts for your skiing pleasure. They have a wide range and the runs are long so you get to enjoy the breathtaking views while shredding the powder!! Highly recommend!!

Stayed in Squaw Valley during a recent trip out to the greater Tahoe area (October 2016). Since it was "pre-season" the area was pretty quiet. I had no wait to get checked in and staff was very helpful with some directions, restaurant recommendations and other area information. My room was very pleasant and well appointed with an awesome view up...

We stayed at The Village Squaw Valley and had an amazing time, the convenience to the slopes (Gondola), variety of restaurants and amenities in the Village are world class. Perfect for a family ski vacation or getaway. We will be back.

This place is a complete joke and the people running this property are totally incompetent. I will never stay here again after my recent visit. Here is a list of problems. 1. MAJOR NOISE! All night long and you can't get any rest. First it's the incredibly loud people in the courtyard. Then it's the snow clearing machines going back...

Love this resort-- such a welcoming staff ready to help out in anyway-we have stayed in a one bedroom suite & a 2 bedroom apt and they have thought of every amenity-- even earplugs in the nightstands!- the covered parking is a godsend this season I think that alone was worth the entire trip! Cant wait for my next trip...

Stayed in the studio unit. there was a nice TV, Blu-ray/DVD player and mini-refrigerate/freezer in the room next to the coffee maker. The front desk staff were very nice and happy to microwave our food we brought with us, since there was not a kitchenette in the room. The bathroom was nice with in-room safe and ironing board with iron....

The slope side lodging really is a nice perk on those weekend ski trips and I am excited to see that you enjoyed every bit of it. I am sure the snow was incredible after our Januburied snowfall that gave us 25+ feet of fresh snow. The only thing you need to try next time is give the hot tubs...

good to have family time on squaw valley by enjoying ski as well as fun memorial snow during winter. You probably shouldn't expect to conquer ski ride on your first time on the slopes, but that doesn't mean you have to stick to the certain level of experience on that either.

I hope you were able to utilize our excellent ski & snowboard school. We offer a wide range of lessons for all ages including adults. When we have a healthy amount of snowfall it allows us to have never ending terrain through out the mountain. Thank you for sharing your experience with us and our future guest. It was our...
