This was my 6th year staying at SVL in July. I have yet to be disappointed in any way. The locations is fantastic and we were treated to a 2 bedroom in the 700. building. We absolutely loved it. So roomy and close to everything. Booking again for next year!!!

This is our third stay at Squaw Valley Lodge. We love proximity to the ski area as well as the village. It is so easy to park your car, unload and not drive again until you leave. The lodge is clean and the staff are friendly as well as helpful. We will definitely be back.

Is there a shuttle from the Lodge to the Sacramento airport?
don't know. we took a shuttle from Reno to the lodge.... Uber, however, is available in Squall Valley; which could be a possibility.

Is it a problem in July/August not having air conditioning?
Generally in Tahoe it is pleasant 70 degrees and air conditioning is not necessary. If it gets warm we have fans in all the rooms to help move the air.
