This is the place to stay if your looking for an RV or camping spot near Chico, CA. The park caters to RV's with a few tent sites. Very quiet, exceptional tree coverage through the entire park, nice lighting until about 11pm. The bathrooms/showers are exceptionally clean, modern and climate controlled, Even mirrors positioned for shorter or taller people. So...

Nice and shady RV sites, with all the amenities. The pool has a gazebo and shady areas to enjoy sitting poolside. The place was not very crowded, and I enjoyed the quietness of the surroundings. Some sites have bamboo growth between them, so that there is privacy and you feel like you are not camped close to your neighbor. All...

A former KOA kept up well. Located 1/2 mile from freeway. Good service, reasonable price. Typical KOA bathrooms that could use more than one hook in the shower stalls. Picnic tables for each site, most of which are pull-throughs. Not a large place but not many occupants when we visited.

Excellent RV park, very hospitable. Very clean and well maintained.Bath rooms were one of nicest in all of our 6 week travels. Staff very helpful. Easy to access with our long 37ft 5th wheel.Would recommend and would also revisit ourselves. A bit off "beaten path" but worth the extra.

We always stay at The Parkway RV Resort & Campground during our Mini Stock, Mini Truck, Mini Mods, Hobby Stock, Wingless Sprints, Demo Derby, and Street Stock fall racing excursion to Sacramento Valley Speedway, over there in Orland, California. So peaceful and quiet at The Parkway Campground, after a long day at our SVS races. Always friendly and pleasant folks...

We stopped here for our 8th time. Each time we stay for a week or so. Even though the temp was mid 30s C or 90s F our stay was wonderful. The pool was sparkling clean, the shade trees are perfect, managed to get in a couple rounds of golf at Glenn Golf and Country Club just 10 minutes down...

This is an old KOA with pull-thru sites. As others have said it's away from the interstate so it is very quiet. The people are very friendly and helpful and they're doing a great job of maintaining the place. When we were here the entire campground was maybe 25% full, yet they put someone right next door to us using...

This is 1/2 mile off the freeway which cuts the road noise wonderfully. Spanky clean grassy grounds and restrooms. Plenty of trees and tall shrubs to give privacy off the road. The staff is friendly and helpful.

After a very long journey we found this site & booked in, full hook ups on every pitch all level and with shade & seating, pool very clear & warm. Restrooms excellent & a small shop for essentials, lovely area but not a lot to do around the town. $33.50 per night.

We camped here in a 5th wheel on March 28, 2014. We were driving down from Oregon and didn't have a place to stay. Came into town about 5:15 p.m. and found this park on the web. Nice park - even though it is early in the season and they are working on it. The owner was in the office...
