I purchased a last minute deal from American Express and elected to stay at the Mojave Resort and was not disappointed at all. While the hotel is dated, it is well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is friendly, bed comfortable, and in a great location. Walk two blocks and you are in the heart of the palm desert...

The Mojave resort is a friendly, small, clen hotel with rooms situated around a pool and Jacuzzi. We had a room with kitchenette because we like to cook. Interestingly, we had to collect pots, pans, knifes etc. from the front desk. The garden is well kept, the pool is nice, and the best thing is: within half an hour drive...

Nice little retro hotel, only a block from shops restaurants etc. Place was clean, but quite dated, staff were great. Beds and pillows were adequate. Continental breakfast was bagels, prepackaged pastries, yogurt, fruit and cereal. It didn't vary at all so after a day or two became a bit boring Quite bit of road traffic on the north side mostly from the...

We stayed here for the first time since 2003 when we stopped in Palm Desert on our way to Arizona. The Mojave is is very nice place to stay, no question. In 2003 we spent a weekend here and I remember it was very quiet. It was all adults spending a weekend. Fast forward to 2016 and the people who...

I had a nice quiet stay at the Mojave resort. Wonderful saline Pool. Rooms were very clean but showing some wear and tear. Price was great. Staff was very friendly. Location was at the east end of El Paseo Boulevard. Where all the shopping and restaurants are at in Palm Desert. I would stay there again and I would recommend...

The Mohave Resort is located near the best restaurant and shopping district in Palm Desert, California. The building is a little tired and worn but the rooms have everything you need. The swimming pool area is very pleasant and the room rates are very reasonable.

So many nice memories poolside, at the many wonderful destinations that are walking-distance, the staff's terrific accommodation of preferences, and perhaps most of all, the groovy mid-century vibe of the clean and comfortable rooms. I am not going to tell you our favorite rooms, because they might not be available when we go to re-book!

Nicely presented resort, quite small with all rooms on single level spread throughout the grounds so good feeling of space. Room was comfortable. The air conditioning was efficient but very noisy. Unfortunately the carpet outside the bathroom and along the adjoining wall was very wet and I didn't spot this so my backpack got quite wet! I got a groupon...

This place is a total gem. Nothing fancy, just really sweet and comfortable. Quite a large room with kitchen. It feels like a little oasis with its pool and hot tub in the courtyard surrounded by the rooms. Very friendly and accommodating and an excellent location. I highly recommend it.

Some friends and I went for a couple days away for some pool time and drinks. Arriving there was like going back in time to the 70s, with modern day comforts. We had a little kitchen where we could cook our food and each room has its own patio that leads out to the pool. You can tell that back...
