Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had an amazing stay at Inndulge. The rooms have been nicely remodeled, and the pool and common areas are clean and well-maintained. This place balances simplicity with just the right amenities. Rhe nightly happy hour was a great way to connect with newcomers and make new friends. The staff is really efficient and super helpful. It's the perfect place to unwind and be amongst inclusive and friendly folks.

Decent accomodations. One of the few left in Warm sands. Clean rooms, good staff. pool gets quite crowded. Nice happy hour each evening 5:30-7 easy walking distance (15-20 minutes) to bars and pubs in downtown Palm Springs

This was our third time this year staying at Inndulge. We were hooked from the get go. Not only is it clean and impeccably kept, but the people who tend to stay here are just good humans. We’ve made friends for life and tend to run into them by chance when we come back. The rooms with the kitchenettes are worth the extra cost. Happy hour participation is a must. Sandy and the rest of the staff really know how to make you feel at home and special. What a Gem in the desert.

I have been to INNdulge many times over the years but this was the first time visiting with my partner. He has very exacting standards being a member of Soho house knows how important customer satisfaction is and indeed how to value guests and make their stay an experience. INNdulge delivered in every way, they sorted out a minor issue with accommodation to more than our satisfaction (Jon and Sandy (the owners) are a real exemplar in customer service that other hotels could well learn from) and with the mix of other guests, many if not most return visitors, we left after our 6 night stay wanting more. Indeed the first thing we did when gets back to UK was to book another vacation to include a 2 week stay at INNdulge. A postscript but important: After a less than perfect stay in LA, we wont return to The London West Hollywood. In future visits to West Hollywood, we feel Holloway House (part of Soho house) will be like INNdulge ie value high value $ gay guests.

My husband and I stayed here for the first time this year. We had booked this trip back in 2019 and had no problems in moving our dates due to covid. I am in the hospitality industry in the uk and tend not to rely on reviews as they can be misleading. I can honestly say that I believe they are. From the moment we arrived, after a stressful drive from LAX. We had nothing but fantastic service from every member of staff. Sandy the owner had some fantastic stories to tell. He was so funny. The room and pool area were kept beautifuly clean and tidy. With wonderful flowers. The weather was fantastic. What more could you ask for. We stayed over the Easter weekend and what an effort they went to. Pool area decorated and coctails served all afternoon. They provided a bar between 6-8 each evening. Which was great to chat to other guests. We added a bottle to it. Lunch could be ordered each day from a great deli. Or you could take a stroll into town. What really made our holiday was the people. Everyone was so friendly from day 1 and inclusive. Which I love. We have made some lovely friends. Thank you for a great holiday. We will return. Wayne & Tim

I booked a room here for the first weekend in April or so I thought. I realized 2 days after booking that I had entered the wrong dates. My mistake. The website offered alternative dates when my dates were not available and I mistook them for the dates I wanted to book. I called 2 days later and they resort was rigidly inflexible in working with me to either rebook for a later date or refund me my money. Simply pointing out their policy was a 42 day in advance cancellation. Let’s set aside how ridiculous a 42 day advance cancellation and focus on the fact that they could not find their way to working with me to address and honest mistake for how I booked. Well congratulations InnDulge, you got a free $467 dollars from me and lost me as a customer forever. Well done.

A disappointment as I had intended to work remotely from the resort but could not given the poor internet signal and given that my room was surrounded on three sides by constant noise. Friendly place with an older, bearish crowd. The very light breakfast and daily happy hour is nice. Nice pool. Great location. But during my six night stay the internet crashed constantly, forcing me to have shut down and reboot. The signal was very weak during the day. On the first day I asked about it, and the front desk blamed the wind. But even on still days the signal was weak. I couldn't work. Had I known this, I would not have stayed at the Inndulge. Other guests complained about this as well. I would not recommend staying at the Inndulge if you need to rely on a work-issued laptop. More infuriatingly, I stayed in room 32, a tiny unit facing the parking lot and main road. I constantly heard car doors slamming at all hours. One side of my unit faced the laundry room so while I was inside I often heard bangs and conversations of the staff. The back side of my room faced the resort's pantry so every day starting around 6:00 and throughout the day I had to listen to the plumbing, and noises of the resort staff preparing for breakfast, happy hour, etc. This room cost over $300 a night. It wasn't worth half that given the noise. There should be a warning provided when booking this room. Overall, a disappointment. Would not recommend for working remotely. Definitely avoid room 32 at all costs.

After 2 years of not being able to fly to USA and visit Palm Springs and a cancelled vacation booked during that period it was wonderful to get the all clear to travel again. It was wonderful to see that INNdulge had spent with lockdowns making some great improvements like wonderful wooden shutters on the room windows, some pool work including replacing all the concrete and some slouch touches like carpets and bidets toilets. Warm welcome from Jason when I arrived after a 24hr journey in my mask - it really felt like I had come home. The rooms and public spaces were kept immaculate and apart from wearing masking in lobby, it was business as usual and for the whole time I spent there (14 nights) the resort was fully occupied. The various guests were all friendly and fun which meant for lively evening social hour and it seemed we were all delighted to be able to return as, majority, of guest were returning ones and the new ones all seemed to fall in love with the charm of INNdulge . Owners Jon and Sandy were always on hand and it was wonderful to catch up with them at the socials. I am so pleased I made the long journey from London and can’t wait to return again in 2022. It truly is my happy place

Booked into INNdulge for 5 nights starting Dec 13. On Dec 1 I was admitted to the hospital for emergency surgery. Husband contacted INNdulge and was told there would be no problem refunding the 50% deposit. The night staff said the owner would have to decide in the morning. Received an email from the owner, Jon Jackson, stating no refunds for any reason. Must cancel 42 days before your stay for a refund. Jon said if the room rebooked before Dec 13, he would try to credit our deposit if he could cover his loss. Called Jon the next morning and was told under no circumstances would any of the deposit be returned. Husband tried to explain. Jon kept talking over him and when told that I review for TripAdvisor, Jon said “Thanks for the threat” and hung up. My husband emailed explaining that the mention of TripAdvisor was not a threat and I would be write a pos. review should we work this out. The email again explained the surgery and the inability to travel. Nothing from Jon. The room we booked did get rebooked. When asking if we would be receiving a refund, Jon said that they were able to recover most of the loss. $503 credit due after they took half of their loss, but Jon said he will not refund my card but offered credit toward a stay at INNdulge. NO WAY. $629 dollars lost. We have never been treated so rudely at any gay resort. If you’re looking for a gay resort in Palm Springs, there are many others where you are treated as a guest.

On Dec. 1st my husband was rushed by ambulance to the ER. After hours in surgery he was out of danger & was kept in the hospital for a week. I was at the hospital for 24 hours in the ER, recovery room & in his room. Finally I had a chance to call INNdulge to cancel our trip. The surgeon said there was no way he could fly. Because of the procedure he had done, the doctor had placed a tube through his nostril to his lower intestine. When I told the night clerk at INNdulge the circumstances & had called 10 days prior he indicated we would get our deposit back. The next morning I found an email from Jon Jackson stating that we would not get our deposit, he was sorry to hear about the circumstances, but because of their 42 day cancellation policy we would be losing all $629.67. I was sitting beside my husband, he couldn’t talk but he could hear the conversation when I called & Jon answered.I told him who I was & that I had called the night before. Before I could finish Jon already started rattling off his canned speech about his 42 day cancellation policy in a hateful and nasty tone. When I could get a word in, I was trying to tell him that my husband is a top Trip Advisor reviewer, as soon as I said the words Trip Advisor Jon said “ Oh, thanks for the threat” and hung up. I rarely use this term because I hate when anybody tries to use labels but Jon is the epitome of the term “P*ssy Queen”! We will return to Palm Springs in the future but I can promise you it won’t be to INNdulge
