This hotel was perfect for me and my husband for a quiet, luxurious get away. The rooms and accommodations are exactly as described, but more surprises await. A complimentary bottle of cold white wine and Continental breakfast foods awaited us in the refrigerator, fresh grapefruit, tangelos, lemons, key limes were available for picking and enjoying. We were there over Valentine's...

The picture I took from my patio is my new desktop background. Probably permanent. Just one of the great memories we'll have from this terrific little hotel. 9 rooms, lots of privacy, perfect pool, helpful helpful staff, free modest breakfast, beautiful view, excellent bed and shower. I highly recommend staying here, eating in downtown palm Springs, and enjoying this pleasant...

LP is one of the finest boutique hotels we have ever stayed in. Great kitchen, awesome shower and the welcome and care by Victor and Judy are second to none. We have staped at several Fairmont hotels throughout the world and our room was equal or better than this 5 star chain. Pool is heated and loungers always available. We...

This lovely boutique hotel has every comfort at a very fair price. Rooms are spacious and well decorated. Simple continental breakfast foods are provided in the kitchenette. New, elegant shower. Two patios for each room. Nice pool. Easy walk to popular Mexican cafe for dinner if you don't want to fight for parking space in the center of town. What...

This small hotel is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Palm Springs but walking distance to restaurants, and a short drive to a supermarket. It has been renovated to a high standard with a very comfortable bed, nice linen and towels. Good sized shower with excellent water pressure. Victor was very welcoming and accommodating after our long,...

We had a mixture of cloud and sun. The pool is warm enough to enjoy even when cool ( of course this is relative; we were coming from 17 degrees F in Kansas so 50 degrees felt balmy). The room was cozy, clean, and spacious. We picked oranges and grapefruits fresh from the tree for breakfast daily (again this is...

Had a phenomenal experience here! The room was decorated beautifully, had a spacious bathroom and fully functioning kitchen, as well as outdoor seating. Not to mention that all rooms are right off the pool, which is serene and has views of the mountains. Victor was the most charming hotel proprietor we've encountered, and gave us tons of recommendations for what...

We enjoyed our stay here in December 2016. The property is small and quiet--in a residential neighborhood on a dead end street. We picked fresh fruit every day from their tree (yum!) and enjoyed the simplicity of the experience. The breakfast leaves something to be desired: white flour store bought bagels and store bought croissants are left there with bottled...

We loved our stay here, the hosts were so welcoming & thoughtful. The room was beautifully presented, the snacks plentiful and the pool was a great temperature. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. I would definitely recommend this & also happily go back.

My wife and I spent a week in Palm Springs, and we stayed at four different boutique hotels, this was our favorite! From the moment we arrived, which was late at night, Judy was welcoming and helpful. She even brought us a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary, a very thoughtful touch. PROS: Complimentary breakfast stuff in your...
