I love the surroundings and the Front Desk staff as well. The guy who check us in i guess he is a Supervisor or Manager, was very nice. He resolved all the small issues i had with my stay and i am happy. Bed is huge and comfortable. Gardens are beautiful and refreshing especially in the morning. Club Lounge has...

Nice hotel, good location, has a restaurant and a nice breakfast buffet. Starbucks is available too. Staff friendly and helpful. Some rooms are really far from the elevator..... Had a fridge and safe in the room. Only complaint is the spots on the rug......

I love this hotel. This is the best dog friendly hotel I have ever stayed in. Lovely grounds, immaculate well appointed room, and staff were wonderful. Great location across from park-like grounds of Stanford.

The room and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was huge, although it lacked a bathtub. However, the minibar did not offer many options, which was bad for me, since I like to eat some snacks at night

Close to the station, the town, the park and Stanford. And ok as a base for business in the Valley. That's whats good about this hotel. Everything else just average. And charging for wifi annoying. Poor gym too though pool area looked ok.

This is a low quality hotel, particularly for the price that you pay. Staff is poorly trained. I arrived at 2:30 am and the staff took half an hour for the check in. I got a first floor room facing El Camino Real that had no light that felt like it was in the basement. Low water pressure in showers....

Yes, it's pricey. But this is an expensive area. And yes, the hallways are a little dated, but that's not a problem - I'm not sleeping in the hallway. I had a great visit. The staff was very friendly. I had a very quiet room - on the other side of the building, away from the train and the train...

Booked into this hotel and as a gold status member, extremely disappointed. Was located in a room right beside the train station. It seems to run between 11pm and 5am. Hotel is not constructed to reduce the train noise so expect to be distrubed expecially when facing onto the tracks.

Stayed there for 2 nights, rooms nice but room temp to warm even with a/c on. Location for our needs, great. Across from Stanford and easy walking distance to Palo Alto restaurants. Hotel staff and bar staff very friendly. Hotel restaurant staff didn't seem to care. Took forever to place order and receive food. Restaurant seem out dated. Bonus, Starbucks...

If this were not located across the street from the Stanford campus (and also within walking distance to downtown Palo Alto as well as the Palo Alto Caltrain station), this property would be called a motel (a clean one but nevertheless only a motel), and in no way the "luxury" appellation it gives itself. The rooms, pool, lobby are dated,...
