Second visit to this excellent RV Park right on the ocean at Pismo Beach. Ocean access was a little more difficult this year because the creek is high and it runs between the campground and the beach. Bike paths along highway 1. Went RV riding in the sand dunes. Great laundry facilities.

Location can't be beat - you can easily walk to downtown - beach access on property was fun to watch winter storm waves. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Convenience store was a blessing. Laundry...

Beautiful sites, clean park, great amenities, quick beach access and security. Everything you could possibly want. We had our 5th wheel moved from the storage and set up so all we had to do was unlock the door; so east and stress free.
