Beautiful, clean, green, Sites are large and level with plenty of room between neighbors. The best RV park Wifi we have experienced in all of our travels. Speed test registers as "fast" - capable of streaming. Far enough off of the freeway that the park is very quiet.

WARNING We are very disappointed with KOA Red Bluff and the lying staff member we experienced today. Do not stay with KOA Red Bluff. Unfortunately we were completely mislead and charged when we should not have been based on the information given to us by their staff members over the phone. This is fraud and we will be reporting it as we were lied to. A persons word means nothing anymore apparently and KOA Red Bluff does not seem to care. Be Warned!!!!

We were taking our new trailer out for the first time and wanted to stay some place close to home and my husband had seen this place from the freeway so we booked the weekend as our trial run. The park is nice but has so much more potential to be even nicer although the park side closest to the freeway is quite loud especially at night so I would recommend requesting locations on the opposite side of the park because the fountains and buildings helps block some of that noise. The neighborhood you have to go through is short but not exactly the best but luckily they do have gates on the park. The grounds are beautiful with the fountains, the spaces are more than ample compared to other parks. Bathrooms were clean and close, pool area was really nice with shaded structures, plenty of seating and well maintained. They had an amazing large fire pit at the end of the fountains that they lit up Sunday night which was very nice and a good way to interact with some of the other park guests. The park appeared to be about 2/3rds full although we did notice that their were quite a few long term living campers in the park, we saw at least 2 that had been there so long there were cobb webs growing on the trailer and the towing vehicle, there was one that had a large flat bed tow truck parked at it that kept going in and out (assuming to go on a call). The sites at the front of the park seemed like they were several long term guests and the sites did not appear to be getting taken care of very well which made it very obvious they were long term. There were kids toys, bikes, overgrown plants and high grass/weeds around these units and some of the area looked like things had not been watered in quite a while. We did meet a couple of long term guests, one was their because her husband was working as a sub contractor in the area and other was there because she and her husband live part of the time in Arizona and they come north occasionally to get away from the heat. Everyone we met that either worked there or the guests were very nice, no one disrupted the park or the guests with loud noise, parties or any other matter while we were there. I was a little disappointed when I saw that the lawns had not been mowed in quite a while and just the appearance of some of the long term guest spots. There was a staff member that came by early in the morning on Sunday and did weed eat around some Adirondack chairs they have sitting near the river but then left all the cut weeds laying there and they were about 2 feet high (No desire to sit there with a mess like that left. The awning covers over the tables at the tent camping sites were all shredded which did not reflect the best nor did it serve the tent campers that stayed in them (which the 4 sites were all full). There were a few children playing in the park, riding their bikes and at the pool but again, all of them were very respectful. We saw several staff members on the property so I would have to say the biggest disappointment was that with as many staff members as we saw it was sad to see the park in the condition it was in, it makes me wonder a little if they would have a higher return of guests if they just maintained the park to it's full potential and made the long term people keep their spots clean enough short term guests couldn't tell they were long term and just out of curtesy to everyone. The little store was good, again the people were very nice. I wouldn't say we won't stay again but it would not be my first choice going forward. The proximity and convenience is a plus, I do hope that maybe if we do go back that they have improved on the clean up of the park, if it gets worse we will not be back.

Really nice KOA. Very clean and sites were nice and long, flat, paved and fairly well spaced apart. The outdoor pool and area was very large and really nice. It wasn't warm enough for us to use but I''m sure it gets lots of use in warmer weather. The park is gated at night and is an easy on and off of I-5. The park is right by the freeway but the site we were in was in the center of the park so the road noise was negligible.

The campground is fine but the special they’re running now is a scam. The ad says stay a night for a $25 deposit. We made the reservation but when we arrived we’re charged an additional $65.99 for a total of $90.99. When I asked what the regular rate was I was told it’s $90.99. I then asked how could this possibly be considered a special, the woman at the front desk laughed and said we usually make you pay the entire cost of $90.99 as a deposit. She continued laughing and said a lot of customers are surprised when they arrive. We had driven for 9 hours and were tired so we paid for the night. KOA got the $ for tonight but lost a customer for life. We will be sure to spread the word about KOAs “special”.

Friendly staff, clean facilities and well maintained grounds. Multiple long pull thru pads with full hook-ups. Conveniently located right along I5. We've stopped overnight while traveling thru and also stayed for a few days and laid by the pool. Highly recommend!

3rd time here and first under KOA. Was here with a large group and had the following issues... The pool heater was broken and too cold to use. No working lights in or around the hot tub for night use. Our group had about a dozen bikes stolen over 3 days, locks cut! Not usual for this place. Maintenance and security?? Staff was very friendly and place was clean as usual, just maintenance and security issues. It can get a little noisy near the freeway and the nearby trains.

The park continues to be very nice after the KOA conversion. Sites are very large and the pool area is beautiful, yet it would be nice if it were heated in the cooler months. We attended an annual Vintage Trailer Rally. While we always have a great time, the trip was different than prior years. We had our e- bike stolen from right in front of our trailer during the stay. The bike was locked onto the picnic table, the lock was cut and the bike was gone. While making our police report we learned 7 other thefts of bikes and electric scooters had happened over this weekend. All apparently were locked as well. The officer shared this is not her first trip out to the park for such reports. This is highly disappointing since it is a gated park where you need a passcode to enter after dark. Be aware if travelling with your valuables.

This is one of the finest rv parks is Northern California. We did not know what to expect when they converted into a KOA. We were pleasantly surprised that the new KOA was as good as the old Durango Park was. We had a spot near the fountains. They have an unusual situation as you can reach all connection from both sides of the coach.

Clean and decent for a stopover. Bathrooms and laundry are clean. If you are expecting to have "high speed internet" like they advertise, there won't be, in fact if you are able to even get online after 10 minutes of loading time count yourself lucky.
