The room was clean and large. King bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well. Both days the weather was 105 so the pool was a welcome retreat. No shade at the pool to get out of the sun. Police were there one nite @ 3am, woke me up yelling for someone to come out of a room. People came...

The reviews and photos show bed bugs in room 208 and luckily we stayed in room 207. I did a thorough check for bed bugs and couldn't find any so we bedded down for the night. We were on our way back to Seattle from our 2 week Disneyland vacation and by the time we reached Red Bluff, we couldn't...

A wad of dark hair in the sheets (mine is blond). Some kind of drip stain down the bathroom door. In the lobby, a hoard of ants in the bowl that held the creamers. Staff was nice about it and cleaned up the ants immediately. For the cost I think I could have found something better.

The Motel was in need of painting and repair, The room wasn't that clean, Cockroaches in bathroom, the towels in the bathroom had never seen bleach and were stained. I did stay the night and was re leaved to leave early the next day. I would never stay there again.

Good value for one night if you travel with more than four people. We stayed at the big room, three double beds. It was quite loud but we were so exhausted so we slept just fine. The internet was unreliable. No complimentary breakfast. They told us we can get "good deal" breakfast across the street. We thought it was close...

Nice clean room, and off the freeway a bit for quiet. BUT the Internet was down. No coffee maker in the room, and the breakfast coupon was for a cafe located across the road and down the block. And contrary to the desk telling us it was open at 5:30 am, it didn't open until 6:30. Might have just hit...

We made a reservation here for the wrong date. I didn't realize it under the next day, after my card was charged. I spoke to the owner/general manager, Suren Patel, and I asked him to change the reservation or to issue a credit for the correct night and he said "I can't." I responded with the question; "You can't or...

Good value for one night's stay. The grounds are minimally maintained but it was clean, quiet, didn't have a coffee pot. The owner was very friendly and helpful. It's close to several stores, restaurants and right off I-5.

The bed was the best part. We wanted a downstairs unit, we were told the carpet needed replacing. They were right. We discovered that the shower needed replacing as well. However, we just needed to sleep so it was fine. It was quiet.

I've stayed at other America's Best Value Inns and this was definitely not up to ABV standards. Interior was OK, good bed, good A/C [essential in Red Bluff in the summer] but the exterior is shabby to the degree that the door to the room was hard to open. No elevators and stairs very inconveniently located in the wing I...
