This is a great little motel in a fantastic location. About a five minute walk to the beach. Room was clean, housekeeping staff did a great job making up the room. Front staff was friendly. Plenty of parking.
Clean room. Dated bathroom. Disappointed that no breakfast provided so had to go for breakfast else where...which is a nuisance ....overall this hotel is ok for the price we paid
Near enough to the beach but only a few decent restaurants in the area
I have frequently stayed at the hotel. The price on the room is attractive in LA, near Lax. theThe room I stayed at this time was upgraded. It is very clean and efficent. Only minus point is ' Shower is weak and amenities are not...More

Oh my! I love public transportation (and use it evrywhere including in my home city because I don’t own a car) but I totally overlooked it in LA. Distances are huge. I opted for car rental (moreover, it wasn’t expensive). It took me 35 minutes to drive from LAX to the hotel on a weekday at noon. I guess the bus would have needed almost an hour to cover the same distance. Unlees you don’t plan to visit anything and only plan to go to the beach, the bus will be fine. But otherwise, everything would be out of reach without a car in a non-hour-consumimg way.
