We just returned from a 4-day stay at Atherton Inn B&B and had a wonderful time. The purpose of our trip was a combination of business in Silicon Valley and the pleasure of visiting some area gardens. Located in a quiet upscale neighborhood this lovely estate home was built to accommodate travelers with 5 beautiful 2nd story rooms accessible by...

I'm not a B&B person. That being said, the rooms were nice. We had 2 rooms. Each had a fireplace. Very large bathrooms with tub and shower. Beds were a little worn, they had the no mans land in the middle. The lady of the house was very kind. Breakfast was yummy. Pretty property.

The Atherto Inn is an upscale B&B in a perfect location for a stay in Silicon Valley. The house is beautiiful and accommodations are so lovely. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts are delicious and made to order. Just a short ride to the most popular destinations, this inn is superior to any hotel in the area.

The Atherton Inn is a gem! The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. They cater to a business clientele, so the breakfasts are cooked to order rather than the elegant breakfasts some associate with bed and breakfasts. The innkeeper is friendly and helpful. There is nowhere I'd rather stay in the South Bay.

If you have to be in the area, the Atherton Inn should be your first choice. All five rooms are on the second floor, but there is an elevator, if needed. The rooms are large, comfortable, and inviting, or you can relax in the spacious common room on the first floor. The inn is in a residential area, but the street...

I found Atherton Inn via TripAdvisor, so it is fitting that I leave a review here. I have delayed a bit, only because I don’t want to ruin my chances of finding an available room in the future! We stayed at the Inn for 5 nights at the end of August/beginning of September. This place is fantastic –they have truly...

My husband and I, on one of our frequent trips to the Bay area, chanced upon the Atherton Inn on Selby Street. What a fabulous Place!! The location is convenient; the furnishings and gardens beautiful, the home-made to order breakfast delicious and the service exceptional! As our host, Ann provides an elegance to your visit that is fitting to the...
