Clean, good sized room with friendly owners. You will get some traffic noise as its next to a main road. Eating places nearby offer a good choice. Wifi was patchy and weak signal as we were in a room some distance from the office, but that shouldn't be the issue.

Room was super clean, bed was great. Now the not so great stuff. Bathroom was like the inside of a cave. One weak light, barely enough to see what you're doing. Shower needs to be redone as floor was badly chipped and looked super bad. Otherwise adequate. Room was barely big enough for a single queen with a 3 foot...

Manager went out of her way to help us with an allergy situation. She also gave us some good advice on finding a local restaurant. Room was nice. Some traffic noise but not too bad. We used it as a jumping of point to see the Redwoods in Sequoia NP.

It's not fancy, but the room was clean, the location is good, and it's very affordable. There are fast food restaurants within walking distance, a mini-mart and a laundromat across the street for those that are travelling a long distance. I would definitely stay here again

We stayed in the little building farthest from the office, in a room in the back. It was clean, updated and quiet. It's a good location and very affordable. A small refrigerator and microwave are in the room, but no coffee maker, but Starbucks is just a block away. They do take credit cards, but charge a fee if you...

This place should not be judged by it's cover so to speak! I was very impressed and beyond pleased with my room! It seemed to be newly remodeled. I had traveled 10 hrs on the highway and the kind lady at the front desk allowed me to check-in early! May God bless her fur that! This place will be my...

My wife has family which lives about 5 mi from Reedly and every year when we visit, we have stayed in Fresno. A family member told us about this hotel and we couldn't be more pleased. A lot of restaurants around, safe location, rooms are clean but a bit small, but overall we will now be staying here. Very nice

The owners are very nice. The room was clean, the sheets and towels where clean. You can tell it is an old inn but the owners have updated the decor and bedding. The shower was a bit small but clean. The rooms are on the street so if your looking for quiet get a room in the back.

My room was clean and in good condition, and I thought the price surprisingly low given the quality. My room was quiet and I slept well. Location is convenient to gas station and shops. Ensuite bathroom facilities were good, the TV worked fine.

“It is a little awkward to drive your car from the reception office to the furthest block of rooms (due to proximity of the road & oncoming traffic), however access is OK for the nearer rooms.”
