The hotel was beautifully decorated and it really did get you into the Christmas spirit. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The music in the lounge was delightful. It"s a must for next year. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

We love the Mission Inn and the Festival of Lights. We can only afford one night for the festival each year, but it is an important part of our family festivities. In the past, describe the awful crowds, we've always had excellent service, making this property a real pleasure to visit for my two teens and me. It's so beautiful...

Going to see the lights at the Mission Inn in Riverside has been one of our family traditions since my twin sons were born. For the past several years my sons would ask my wife and I if we could stay at the Hotel. This year my wife decided to give our sons a weekend at the historic, AAA 4...

Absolutely beautiful and stunning display of Christmas decorations. You need several hours in an evening to walk around and explore this two block structure. You are allowed to walk through the lobby and take pictures I front of a stunning tree.

Our third visit during their "Festival of Lights" fell short of our previous visits. Our room was not ready for at least one hour later than promised. The restaurant reservations were misrecorded leaving us to eat in the bar -- however, the menu there was excellent. The room thermostat did not work properly and in the AM, we found the...

Hotel service was excellent and security was thorough. Happy hour at Presidential Lounge was a good bang-for-the buck. Dinner at hotel was good, but glasses of house wine cost more than some meals. Room was nicely furnished, but if your room faces courtyard, expect some noise.

We just loved all the lights, poinsettias and decorations throughout the hotel. This was a special get-away for my husband and I. The staff was very friendly and courteous. We had dinner at the Mission Inn Restaurant which was also decorated and we had excellent service. The bar was serving some special drinks - hot buttered rum and apple martinis...

We stayed on a week night during the Festival of Lights. Our room was wonderful. We slept well. We could have eaten all of our meals at the Inn, but we decided to walk down Main Street and look at the local restaurants and activities. This was very fun! Lots of skaters in the rink after dinner on Main Street....
