I love their free shuttle to and from the airport. This time, when I called to be picked up, the lady said, it is very cold outside, stay inside and give me your phone number, and it should be 20 minutes. How thoughtful! I did, and in 15 minutes, she called me to say the driver is here. The room...

The hotel was close off the freeway, plus next to a gas station and some food places. It was well kept and clean. There's not a lot of TV channels and my internet was come and go, but it was also very stormy when I stayed. The service was great and very friendly. I loved my bed and slept very...

I needed a place close to downtown for one night and this was very reasonable ($93). The area is not one you would walk through at night, but the hotel has a good fence around it to protect the parking lot. The staff was polite. The room was decent and clean, although the bed was a little lumpy. It was...

This is a very nice hotel, there's nothing I would want to change about it. I wish I could have a late check it but other then that a very nice clean hotel! Loved it I will be coming back during the summer the bathroom was clean enough towels, pillows, everything about it was great.

Awful experience. Staff is clueless, very unhelpful. Could not get on their Internet, despite their repeated attempts to "help." The room was disgusting. Smelly sheets and pillows. Breakfast shouldn't be called that. Don't understand these other positive reviews. Couldn't wait to get out of that dump.

The location is great. A 24 hour Denny's is right across the street and a McDonald's is next door. There are a lot of homeless people roaming around the parameter of the hotel grounds at all hours of the day and night which is somewhat depressing. To get to Denny's (even though it is right across the street), I'd get...

no issues at all with the hotel, although the internet was down, but I survived. The drawback is all the homeless! OMG they are everywhere outside.............made me not want to go across the street to the Denny's but I did, and sure enough I was approached. SO sick of this in California! It's not the hotel's fault though, and their...

What a room size! This is wonderfull after a long journey drive. If you have a car, the location is perfect to visit down town, the Capitole and old Sacramento.Parking is expensiver but ticket is 45 USD so better park in parking and not in parking with meters..The room has amenities and a good confort. Only little problem the pressure of...

This was a short notice stay, but as always, the facility was clean, employees were welcoming and helpful. Location off the freeway makes it a great place to stay. Always a great stay. The hotel is close to family and old town.
