your property is clean and very well maintained. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful, especially Eric and CJ at the desk and Jesus the maintenance man. I've been coming here for 35 years and plan to continue. I do have gripes about the room décor, see below.

at one time we had rented 6 rooms because we had a family reunion. The staff was very accommodating. They let us have a Happy Hour in the lobby so we could all get aquatinted. Great place. They had a nice continental breakfast as well.

We checked in late at night and we were greeted with the friendliest warmest reception we had received in years. The person at the front desk made us feel like family. Very nice after a long day of travel. Unfortunately we visited during a record breaking rain storm (act of nature), as a result some water soaked the walls in...

From my first phone call to reserve, to the hugs goodbye with the staff when I left,I know that I will return again to this lovely little nook away from home. First and foremost the staff were friendly, personable and helpful. I was 10 minutes from all of the film festival venues and popular restaurants. Indeed when you travel to...

This hotel provided me with a clean room that was comfortable, enjoyable, and quiet for an entire week. The price for the value provided was noteworthy. I have stayed at this same hotel many times before and I will continue to return to this same hotel whenever I return to Santa Barbara.

Quick one night stay. Well appointed room. Comfortable bed, great pillows, large screen TV, excellent shower and nice breakfast. The staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. Good price for the location. Would definitely return.

Here are the aspects of this hotel that excell: helpfulness of desk staff, location, size of room for price. We had a one bedroom, the bedroom completely separate. Room 126 was quiet, private and spacious. Included breakfast was minimal, but hard to complain at the price compared to other inns in vicinity.

We were only in Santa Barbara for one night, but we have stayed in the area many, many times, and the location is good. Very close to the beach, Harbor, and Sterns Wharf. State Street and Funk Zone are within relatively easy walking distance) is pretty good.

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We have been coming to the Inn for close to 20 years. It is nice to see many of the same staff year after year. The rooms are always clean and love the cookies in the afternoon.

After having been here many times over the last 20 years, we once again enjoyed our time at this very pleasant place. As usual we found the staff very helpful and efficient. The location is ideal: close to the wharf and beaches, near State Street and many restaurants, all within walking distance. Was even able to walk to and from...

“Bedroom in suites has a VERY inconvient dresser. I can't see in the top drawer or on the top, which limits space to put personal items. Also bathroom could use a place to put clothing, etc. when taking a shower. This has just been a problem the last few years, but it sure is an inconvience.”

“The right faucet in the bathroom sink needs replacement. It can accidentally waste a lot of fresh cold water. Your facilities technician tried to fix it with an adjustment but the fix didn't work.”
