I paid $320+ night -- for a room that was worth roughly $200/night. The rooms are very clean and well appointed -- but, as noted elsewhere, small. The staff is unfailingly and universally polite. All of that is nice, but not enough for me to go back (at any price). Why? See below. A. The walls are thin -- and...

While people say the rooms are small this hotel has a wonderful location, great staff, is very dog friendly and very comfortable rooms. Our room had an outdoor patio which was perfect since we had our Golden Retriever with us. It is close to several of the Urban Wine Trail tasting rooms and close to the beach. I highly recommend...

Overall great experience. Missing room service but told restaurant is coming soon. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful on things to do and places to visit especially for our little one. Great location - close to the wharf and near lots of great restaurants and wineries. All within walking distance, shuttle also available.

The hotel is very clean and newly renovated. It is two floors without an elevator. The rooms are nice but small. It reminders me of a European boutique hotel. There isn't much room for luggage there was a luggage rack but I didn't see a place to put it. Two people with luggage would not fit. The shower is European...

Perfect location! Located at the end of State Street. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach boardwalk, and a 5 minute walk to the Winery section of town: Funk Zone! Rooms are comfy but really small, and the gym is too small to work out in. Staff was wonderful.

I was pleased to discover this quaint and recently renovated hotel. It is in a great location, very clean facility and cute ambiance. I would recommend this location for work or holiday travel. The best part was the walkability to all of Santa Barbara's amenities.

Friends booked me a room for the evening because we had and Valentines event at the Arlington Theatre. We needed 3 rooms and the Indigo was able to accommodate us all. Everyone was very curteous and professional. Rooms were adequate and very well designed. This will be a perfect place for an overnight stay. Also when all the surrounding renovation...

We were on our way southwards to L.A. and spent the night at the Indigo. It could not have been more convenient. A short 5 minute walk from train depot to hotel lobby was a welcome relief as tired as I was. We had previously made reservations, had asked for a quiet room (after all, it is adjacent to the...

Located in the uber-hip Funk Zone, Hotel Indigo scores high marks for location. But guests should not be allowed to use the rooms until the ludicrous shower situation is remedied. The "shower" in the hip bathroom has a curtain, but no physical wall to drain the water. Our bathroom flooded both nights, the water pooled out to the entire room,...

Dear Devo18, Thank you for providing valuable feedback following your recent stay; we appreciate your suggestions and do have a positive solution. Currently the hotel is in the process of remodeling each bathroom with a new design to greatly improve the water slope efficiency of the showers. The European standing shower bathroom size will remain compact to continue operating with...
