Santa Monica is a coastal town that maintains a balance as a tourist destination and as an area with a thriving local culture. On the beach, bikers, roller-bladers, runners and walkers move along the famed bike path enjoying the beautiful Los Angeles weather. The solar-powered Ferris wheel at the Santa Monica pier spins high above the water, while park revelers scream with delight riding the roller

The coffee makers are the kind that you are given a small packet, something like a tea bag that you place in a tray of the coffee maker. there is an area for two cups (8 oz) that go under each opening, you can make one cup at a time or two. You do not have to place the coffee pod into the tray and instead you get hot water into the cup. You can then use the hot water for formula if you wish. But there are no hot water kettles in the room like you find in Europe.
