We needed a place to spend the night and this fulfilled all our needs. I appreciated the fact it is one level and we were given a quiet clean room. The clerk at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. There was a refrigerator in the room so we had cold beverages on a warm day.... More

Don't let appearances throw you. No bells and whistles but in room coffee, frig and microwave with the most comfortable bed! Window in bathroom opened and good lights over bed made it possible to read.

We were giving out daughter an engagement dinner so very little time at the hotel. We reserved three rooms. All around was sold out. Other people stayed somewhere else. For the money: you don't even get what you paid for. Upon arrival we noticed aunts on the desk and around sink. There are no lamps on the night stands not... More

Medium sized, clean room, good shower, good mattress, good heating and cooling, modern lighting, looks completely updated, and quite inexpensive. It's an updated 1960's motel. Nicely updated, too. Fridge, microwave, desk, chairs, old (but perfectly working) TV. Near enough to roads to be a tad noisier than some people would prefer, but it's far from a problem. We slept well.... More

This was a great place to stay while visiting family. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and polite. Will stay again when back in this area. The rates were reasonably priced. The pool looked a bit iffy, but there was a shrub next door that looked like the cause and it was a bit windy.

The room was clean, freshly remodeled with new carpet and tiling/fixtures/sink in the bathroom, and smelled of fairly new paint. Everything was in good order and the bed was comfortable. A huge plus is that they allow dogs, and as we were traveling with ours, it was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Santa Rosa!

This is almost a retro feel motor hotel. You park in front of your room. The rooms are small with a smaller bathroom. We had a king bed. Comforter that old style. I always remove them anyway. Bed was ok and plenty of pillows. The bathroom badly needs renovation. It's a small, tiled shower stall with old caulk that shows... More

Our first night of vacation we found ourselves without an internet connect and could not research motels. The garmin helped find several motels, but that did not help with seeing reviews. We chose the Country Inn. It looked very neat on the outside, but It ended up being very dated inside. Reasonably clean. Room small but acceptable. Bed comfortable. Iron... More

We were looking forward to our stay at the Country Inn. We had driven by before check-in to get a feel for the area. The folks at the Inn were busy cleaning and preparing the rooms. We shopped at the Trader Joe's just across the street. Unfortunately, an emergency situation arose that required we leave town and return home. The... More

On a late night drive home from the SF airport we decided to call it a night and find a hotel in Santa Rosa at midnight when we came upon The Country Inn. Its a small motel typical of the bygone era but had the vacancy sign on so we pulled in and got a room. The owner/manager was very... More
