When we arrived, we were given a key to a room that was already occupied. We returned to find they were over booked, so she gave us a smaller bed and said she would refund us. We walked into our room and thought of just driving home. The hallways smelled of cigarettes, the bed had one thin blanket, no coffee...

Appearance: The front of hotel and neighborhood looks ok. It's all downhill from there. The closer you get the more gross it gets. A very cookie-cutter and cheaply built building w/ stone rocks crumbling off the wall and on the ground (major safe hazard) No big deal I'm sure we can live with that. Check in: The front desk attendant...

For the money spent...not worth it!! Was expecting at least a nice breakfast, but got granola bars and coffee. Had to run to the store to buy conditionar, even though i just spent $200 to sleep and shower!

I should have looked at the yelp and trip advisor reviews before I booked. The manager seems to copy and paste responses but if you look at the reviews the complaints continue to happen. The fact that they are all accurate worries me that a company cannot and will not do anything to change this hotel. The photos give great...

I stayed for 8 days at extended stay and didnt feel that they deserve the price tag. Rooms are pretty small and smelled a lot. though they give you kitchen but you need to ask for utensils. And for that they asked me come to front desk and collect the utensils. Though the location is very good but they could...

First of all, this hotel was arranged for us ahead of time, so we did not have a chance to choose elsewhere. I've got to say this was the worst place I have ever stayed. The worst part is that there are hookers all over the parking lot, either coming in or waiting for clients in their cars. There is also...

Sad to say it was so close to where I was working but after checking in I did not feel comfortable staying for the planned 3 months and had my company move me. Main reasons I left: - room felt dirty and there were hairs on the towels -you have to "ask" for and utensils or pots, pans, Etc -house...

I stayed at this hotel for 15 nights from May 28th 2016. I paid the majority of the bill in cash. I was required to pay an additional $100 as a deposit against any further charges. I gave the hotel several days notice of my very early check out on June 11th (around 2:30 a.m.). When I checked out I...

I had stayed here before and chose it again because the previous visit had been fine and I liked the location. BIG MISTAKE! What I learned on this trip is that, while the rooms and the amenities are nice, if something goes wrong, you will regret having chosen this hotel. First issue: After a long (eight hour) drive, I arrived...
