Went up MLK weekend to get some skiing at China Peak. Had the family in tow so got a 2 Queen bed room (room 5). With our dog it was good-sized but would have hoped for just slightly larger. Unfortunately, the WiFi did not work and this was an issue all weekend long. This was especially bad for my boys,...

We stayed in the Fisherman's Suite. The staff is awesome. They are friendly and very helpful. The suite was very roomy and warm. We brought our own blankets (based on another review) and they were needed. The bathroom and living area were clean but my wife found a nasal strip stuck to the headboard and trash on the floor in...

What an enchanting village Shaver Lake Village is all rustic shops and houses. The hotel is so well thought out,we had the house which is a very large apartment above an art gallery and it was beautifully furnished and well equipped. All in all a memorable experience.

I stayed in room 6 at the Shaver Lake Village Hotel, and it was a real pleasure. The room was a good size, and the first thing I noticed was the clean smell of the room. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and I slept almost as well as I do at home. Loved the Blu-Ray player and the TV. Also...

I can't say anything bad about this adorable place. Clean and quiet rooms with a vintage rustic look. I'm sad we didn't book more nights here. Would of like to stay in one of the cabins, but they were sold out. So we stayed in the hotel room #5. The office people are so friendly and easy to chat with....

We wanted a quick getaway, but still with a mountain feel and Shaver Lake Village Hotel worked perfectly! We stayed in the Honeymoose cabin, which is an adorable little cabin in a great location. The hotel grounds feels like a campground, with cabins, rooms, and even a tent! Every place we went was neat and clean, with a lot of...

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time we stayed in the regular 8 room hotel and this time we stayed in one of their 4 suites across the road. Not really a suite. More like a nice place for the mountains instead of a tent! We stayed in the Man Cave. Definitely designed for men!...

We stayed in the Honeymoose cabin. It was a little cramped but had a king bed and it was clean. The village has a hotel, cabins, bunk house and even a teepee. We bought logs for the fire pit and had smores. The price also included breakfast. The Village is located a few miles from Shaver Lake and next door...

We booked the Miner's Suite for 5 adults over a long weekend while in for a wedding. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The gentleman working the desk at checkout gave me some tips on visiting McKinley Grove as well as allowed me to check-in for flights and print boarding passes. The decor of the suite is rustic and fun....

Great location. Great attention to detail. The lady that worked the office on June 10th was super hospitable. True small town hospitality. If I could give them 6 stars I would because they certainly deserve it. Reasonable price for the area.
