We always stay here when we are passing through Tehachapi. We would definitely recommend it to anyone. The rooms are nice and clean, and the breakfast is usually good. The staff members are friendly as well.

My husband stays here a few times per month for business. I decided to join him, along with our kids and we had a great stay here! Room was clean and quiet. Nice decor, mattress was firm enough to not hurt my back. The staff was very helpful, polite and professional. They do

Nice water pressure in shower. Water was soft. Didn't dry out my skin or hair. Breakfast was OK. Regular, serve yourself, continental type breakfast. The sizes were a little on the small side. Small bagels, muffins, sausage patties.

Nice hotel- very clean and the breakfast was nice. Although the room was clean, it smelled a little “sweaty”, so some fresh air would have been nice. The bed was a little lumpy but it was a nice economical stay after a long drive from Sacramento. I would Recvommend this hotel.

We arrived during a snow storm and were promptly greeted with great care to insure our comfort and safety during what seemed a precarious situation. Mellissa at the front desk made us feel welcomed and went the extra mile to insure our stay was comfortable and warm.

can my dog stay here with me?
The website states no pets allowed, but it is best to always call the hotel directly when bringing an animal. You wouldnt want to get there and have to return home. While this is a nice hotel, there are other hotels in the area that might allow pets. When walking around the town, I saw a lot of people with pets as this is a very animal friendly area.

does your hotel have elevators
The hotel is three stories and they do have elevators. I suggest you ask for a room on the back side of the hotel. The front of the hotel faces a busy road and railroad tracks. Depending on the size of your party, I always ask for room 322, a king sized suite (same price as a king regular room) in the corner of the third floor. In addition, you only have one other room next to you.

"No views, easy on and off location, quiet and clean"
"Ask for quiet room. The maids were loader than the guests however."
"We always like a room on the top floor because nobody is walking above you."
"Defiantly request a room on the "backside" of the building as there is a train yard across the street on the lobby side."
"The Southern Pacific tracks run fairly close to the front of the hotel (just across the four-lane street). So ask for a back room."
