Boreal Mountain is by far the most fun mountain that Tahoe has to offer. There is never a dull day as the resort offers so many different activities. From a world class terrain park to the amazing Woodward facility, Boreal Mountain has it all. Boreal is the easiest mountain to access as it is right off of highway 80, and...

It's been 20 years since I've been here. Too many things have changed at this resort, and for the worse. First, they now charge $20 dollars for public parking, even if you haven't bought your lift ticket yet. Second, they no longer use a sticker ticket system: Plastic 'lift ticket' cards are now issued....and they have to issue ONE FOR...

One of the few mountains that appears exactly as it does online. Everything is perfect. Small and convenient for beginners while still offering perfect parks for advanced riders. Very affordable tickets and passes as well!

Our experience was a bit below average. The price was okay but the facilities were so old and worn down. The room was clean as was the bathroom but so old that there were stains in the shower and toilet. The table that the microwave was on was broken and tilted, I thought it might fall over. The staff was...

Was a great experience. Our daughter wanted to learn to snowboard. So we rented all equipment, snowboard, boots, helmet, pants, ski lift pass, and a 2 hour class for under 150.00.... Make sure you arrive early to get a spot upstairs in the dinning area so you can get a window spot to watch your kids snowboard. You can also...

Just stayed here two nights with my young daughter; we were here to ski and tube at Boreal, and it just made sense to stay at the lodge due to proximity. Our check-in was easy, our room was clean, comfortable, dd not smell, and was well-heated. We stayed on the 2nd floor, which involved navigating a total of about 12-14...

We went here because we heard this was a good family friendly ski area and that lessons were cheaper here. I signed my son and his friend (both age 5) for group ski lessons. When we arrived, the lodge area to check-in for ski lessons was chaotic and smelly. The lady who checked us in said, "Sorry but you missed...

While well located to Boreal skiing, the name "resort" is a misnomer. Rooms are outdated and don't feel clean or sanitary. Towels had holes and stains. Someone was smoking inside (there's two doors and a sort of snow room, so appealing if you are a smoker and don't want to go outside) so lobby smelled liked cigarettes on the morning...

We had a good time snow tubbing, too bad there wasn't too much snow. The people were very nice and helpful. There were some Chilean guys helping and guiding us. The American guys were at the top of the hill, and talking among themselves and were not paying attention to the costumers.
