We just spent a week at the Ritz residences at Northstar and had a really great tim!! I will say that I have never experienced as much snow as we had and I Iive in Upstate NY - it snowed non stop for 3 days. We were definitely stuck at the hotel with no ability to go anywhere - the...

We attended a meeting and skied at the Ritz. It is clearly the best around. The hotel is well layer out and the food and services are great. The rooms have fireplaces and are very roomy and well appointed. Great showers and tubs as well as comfortable beds ( a must in my opinion). While the Ritz is not cheap,...

Staying at Village, went to the Ritz with my sister to have a mimosa in the lobby by the fireplace at 11 am, was approached 4 times inside of 15 mins by different hotel staff asking if I was guest staying at the hotel and each informed us that we could not stay in the lobby if hotel guests wanted...

The room itself was lovely and had a great view. The spa staff was fantastic and always answered the phone. Staff was friendly. The front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and in-room dining often did not answer the phone...(endless ringing).this happened on multiple days during our stay. The ski-valet was like the movie Groundhog Day...everyday I would go down wait in line...

This hotel is beautiful. The location is perfect, ski in and ski out. The staff is super kind and had to work overtime during a blizzard and blackout. The ski rental and ski porter makes the rental process a breeze. Before you even step off the Ritz jeep, on the mountain, a man has your gear and you do not...

Great location. The ski in ski out is the best. The resort is very expensive but it is a ritz. The location and the quality of the skiing is great. While the hotel does not have many food options you can ride a lift to the Northstar village and eat and shop there.

I spent 4 nights at the Ritz Carlton and was pleased from the moment I checked in until I checked out. My visit was part business/part pleasure but the Ritz staff made if fell like all pleasure. The valet took my skis and boots and delivered them to the mountain concierge so they were ready for my first day on...

Celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary at one of our favorite places. The hospitality shown by the entire staff always makes this Ritz feel like a home away from home. The spa was lovely on the days it rained and on the days of fresh powder we enjoyed the the ease of going from our room to being on the slope...

Everything was amazing. Get the Club Rooms. The extra cost is worth the access to the lounge it provides as it was nice to have a quiet place to eat and drink. We went on a busy weekend and it gets loud with everyone hanging out in the common areas. I enjoyed having the room close to the Gondola as...
