Salman cooked a wonderful breakfast & dinner. Ajjo helped and guided in round-day tours. beach location with a decent crowd safe for solo travelers too. the only issue on the island didn't get prawns, shellfish, or crab..always tuna or chicken. a room without any view, all sides closed but come out and you are on the beach. worth visiting for budget travelers. visit by Govt ferry at 22rupiya, in male 10rupiya bus one way and minibus 7rupiya. enjoy Maldives with 3USD$ per night green taxes other than other taxes.

We want to thank Batuta with our review for the hospitality was provided to us! First things first thanks to people which were around, we are sorry not to ask your names, but person which met us and was there around and person which is serving food full day long over there and assisting as well, these people are so nice! We are grateful for your assistance and work! We stayed 4 nights and were about to cry when were leaving. We were picked up from the boat and also transferred back after our stay. It worth money that it costs, you should not expect much and some designs or something wow, but it’s simply basic simple place at which you can rest so well after exploring the island and swimming in the ocean. However, despite to all, room was so clean - we really did not expect it. No insects! Super comfortable bed. The only what was a minus for us is salty water which had some strong for us smell, however we were using cold shower with fresh water what mostly was ok for us after hot day outside. AC and fan were working well. We got beach towels and regular towels, room amenities, were using safety box, getting water in glass bottles, room cleaning. The view around and from the guest house is so beautiful! You can have breakfast with view of the ocean and in the evening it’s so nice with all lights around. We also had breakfast included, it was nice that something daily was different. There’s laundry service and also you can rent bycicle and take a ride to the sandbank area and around the island. Not possible to describe all, but it was time in paradise:)…

The view from there first floor room is amazing. The people managing the place are very warm. Special thanks to the cook who prepared yummy sandwiches and Ajju for making our stay very comfortable. They came to receive us at the jetty & helped us with our luggage. Right in front of the beach this place is wonderful. Special thanks to Suresh who put so much efforts to make our stay memorable. Batuta surf view is a great accommodation option in Thulusdhoo. The location is exceptional, offering a great view of the ocean and cokes waves. The Wifi at this place is really good, something quite rare in the Maldives makes for a good place for digital nomads who wish to work. There is a cosy seating area that overlooks the ocean. There is also a restaurant with great food. The staff are friendly and nice and help you out in any way possible. They even organised my pick up and drop off from the harbour. The rooms are cosy and comfortable.

We haven't stayed at this guest house which otherwise offers decent rooms, which we visited, at very reasonable prices. During our 3-months stay at Thulusdhoo, we have very often eaten with friends at the restaurant of this guest house. It offers a wide choice of menus all at the same reasonable price. Musa is a good chef who does his best to prepare dishes to your taste, and Kamal is very welcoming. We'll come back, Musa and Kamal!

My fiance and I ate here pretty much every night we were on Thulsdhoo and while the building isn't the nicest on the island the food and the staff most definitely are! Kumal and Moosa are two of the most welcoming friendly people I've ever met and Moosa knows how to cook fish to perfection. I can not recommend these guys enough they made every night feel very special and on our last night, they pulled out all the stops and set us a private table right on the beach if you go to Thulsdhoo make sure you pop in to see these guys :)

We haven't stayed on Batuta hotel, however during our 11 night stay on Thulusdhoo we were frequent guests to the restaurant. Restaurant sheff Musa knows his craft very well- he always made sure the fish was fresh and cooked to our loking (one expat living on the island was convinced it's impossible to get tuna cooked as medium rare, which was not problem there). And Kamal, the waiter, was super attentive and kind to us. Big thanks to both of you from all of our family!

We spent 10 nights in halfboard at Batuta viewsurf.The staff is very welcoming,helpful and the food was awasome and différent every day.The room are spacious,with a/c,wifi,cleaning is made every day.A quiet and peaceful place to stay and surf,just in front of the guesthouse.

Nous avons réservé a batuta hôtel et nous sommes vraiment super content.Le personnel est parmi ceux les plus agréables de l ile avec une cuisine excellente et un couchage parfait.Nous avons rien trouvé a dire.Nous avons prix une demi-pension et tout les jours nous avions un petit déjeuné et un repas différent.De plus nous avion la chambre du haut avec une vue direct sur le spot de surf "'coke". Je vous le recommande. We booked a batuta hotel and we are really happy.The staff are some of the nicest on the island with excellent food and a perfect bedding.We have found nothing to say.We have half board prices and all days we had a breakfast and a different meal.Further we plane the room from the top with a direct view of the surf spot "coke". Perfect location but tired rooms we choose the cheapest variant it was with small window with view on the opposite wall far 50 cm. During our visit they made reconstruction so we decided leave after 2 nights. Location was so amazing that we just moved to the next guest house ( more expensive but was amazing )
