I was welcomed to the hotel by live music coming from the bar but my stay turned south quickly afterwards, unfortunately. Arriving in room 218, I discovered that the windows face a brick wall: not great but after all, I'm here to sleep, so no big deal. More problematic, even though it was nearly 10pm, there was a lot of...

Nice Hotel not very well lit from outside we drove past it twice. $45 filler overnight parking first blow. 2nd blow could not get into the room as door was jammed shut. Toya the fabulous receptionist saved the day buy allocating a second room and complimentary flask of coffee for inconvenience caused. Thing got better after. The hotel is a...

This is a lovely hotel and for once a hotel that lives up to to its website. Service is extraordinary and in particular Gaby and Oscar looked after us very well. Cudos to them. Rooms are great although would have loved a queen side bed This hotel is in a good part of town. It is a long way from...

Just got back from a three night stay. This hotel is the perfect location to get to all sights in LA. As soon as we stepped in to the hotel we were greeted so nicely and felt so welcomed. Even though we got there early they had our room ready which was a great treat since we just got in...

Small nice hotel in a good location enjoying great views of LA. Excellent bed and room apart from the bathroom which was tiny and in need of an update. Friendly staff in general and walking distance to some nice restaurants.

I have stayed here many times and if you are looking for a great safe spot to stay in LA this is it. The rooms are freshly furnished and it does attract a lot of people as it's near the famous landmarks of the Roxy, Whiskey A Go-Go and the Rainbow Bar and Grill which are all rock and roll...

The cutest boutique hotel I have ever stayed at! Right in the heart of West Hollywood it's all about location. Our room was very hollywoodesque and the staff were extremely sweet. The bar can use more staff as we waited for a while for someone to come over but nobody ever came and it was time for us to leave.

Bit suprised by the negative reviews... I am staying at the moment on a work trip so had looked up the hotel as I did not book it and was a bit wary. My experience has been excellent. Very polite front of house staff, good room service and friendly maids. The room itself is not a bad size, very clean...

When we booked this hotel we didn't realise it was a party hotel so we asked for a quiet room. The staff were really accommodating so gave us a lovely big room. In all honesty, I think it was our fault for booking the right kind of hotel for us. For any party goers in Hollywood - this may well...

The Grafton is in the perfect location in West Hollywood, with a number of bars, restaurants and famous spots just a few minutes walk away. We arrived on a Saturday evening and check in was quick and easy. The rooms were lovely and perfect size - I have seen others say the rooms are small but I couldn't see any...

Staying in West Hollywood

Neighbourhood Profile
West Hollywood
For years, West Hollywood has been known as a hub for the LGBT communities in Los Angeles. Today it still maintains the title, but has also become the “it” neighborhood for the entertainment industry’s up-and-comers. Producers, directors, writers and aspiring actors call this area home. Known for great boutique shopping, vintage clothing stores, home décor shops and fitness studios, West Hollywood is a grid of wide boulevards and narrow residential streets. The neighborhood also has a concentration of the most avant-garde restaurants in Los Angeles (rivaled only by the burgeoning restaurant scene Downtown). A trip to the iconic Sunset Strip, with its many clubs, music venues, hotels and flashing lights won’t be forgotten.
