Awesome experience! My husband and I were very excited about the hotel (based on a recommendation) but we had some doubts about what the experience would be like for the kids. Our fears were squashed when we had healthy age appropriate snacks and fresh fruit waiting for our kids in the room upon arrival. In addition, there were games and...

Spent 2 weeks at the Sunset Marquis during the 4th holiday and had a great time. The room was spacious and loved the layout, food was delicious, location ideal and the entire staff was responsive and helpful. All-in-all a perfect place to stay when visiting LA. Look forward to returning.

As the director Food said:you feel at home when you come back. Ideal location, very good restaurant and large renovated rooms. Be careful you don't have the room 128, this is the only non-renovated room with no view.

For my second visit to the Sunset Marquis, I stayed for 2 nights in one of the villas during July. I agree with the other reviewers that it's well worth the money... so much luxury. I always thought my prior stays at The Chateau Marmont were great, but this place is FAR BETTER. The entire staff is excellent in every...

My boyfriend and I spent a weekend here as an extension of his business trip earlier in the week. This hotel is beautiful. We stayed in a villa and the walk through was private and enchanting with all the lush tropical plants and flowers. The service here was excellent. It is a very exclusive resort where privacy is ensured as...

Staying in West Hollywood

Neighbourhood Profile
West Hollywood
For years, West Hollywood has been known as a hub for the LGBT communities in Los Angeles. Today it still maintains the title, but has also become the “it” neighborhood for the entertainment industry’s up-and-comers. Producers, directors, writers and aspiring actors call this area home. Known for great boutique shopping, vintage clothing stores, home décor shops and fitness studios, West Hollywood is a grid of wide boulevards and narrow residential streets. The neighborhood also has a concentration of the most avant-garde restaurants in Los Angeles (rivaled only by the burgeoning restaurant scene Downtown). A trip to the iconic Sunset Strip, with its many clubs, music venues, hotels and flashing lights won’t be forgotten.
