Had a reservation for a campsite and they took a $50 deposit for 1 night. On the way to the campground we had to turn back to Garberville as a slide had closed Hwy 101 completely for the day. We stayed at the KOA in Garberville (very nice and helpful staff) and they tried to phone Willits KOA to tell...

Tons and tons of stuff to do for the kids. Pools wheee not open yet but we had a hot tub site so the kids loved that. Mini golf is always fun but could use some attention. The staff are great we stayed Easter weekend and they had tons of activities going on!

This place has employees like Stacy who discriminate against foreigners, they were very derogatory. We stayed 1 night and they did not want to offer us the possibility of staying one night more neither shops nor in cabins. It was very difficult the dialogue with the employees of the place, since there are not even staff who speak Spanish; It...

This KOA has a lot for families to do. Staff are friendly and the grounds are nice. My 3 star rating is based on the noise level. We spent two nights (Friday & Saturday) and our big complaint is the noise level of the management. All day Saturday and until we left Sunday we had to listen to leaf blowers,...

Loved this place.... Excellent customer service, great position, nice and quiet. We paid nearly $90 for full hook up though, which was amongst the most expensive we encountered on our road trip. Still highly recommended

The Willits KOA was just a stop over for my sister and I on our road trip. We got a teepee last minute for the night, but as soon as we entered the campground, we knew we should have booked another night - but it wasn't in our schedule. It was a very clean, well manicured and family-oriented KOA. Lots...

I think it was just bad luck, but our stay was exhausting. We were put in the middle of 6 sites with about 6 kids per family plus barking dogs. At 12:30 in the morning, 22 kids were 2 feet from my bedroom window scream and yelling. I had enough. I ask them to stop screaming, a drunk father roams...

great place, good amenities. However, I saw first hand the owner of this establishment act very racist. the owner got in the face of a child minor, swear at her and threaten her. then proceeded the call local authorities and say "these people will probably cause a riot" simply because the mother of the child was Mexican". I can not...

We stayed here a couple of nights on our vacation of Northern California and Oregon. Our kids really liked all it had to offer. The pool, playground, golf course, and movies at night. They didn't like all of the signs telling them what not to do. The campsites are clean but are gravel, and by that I mean really large...
