The Kiva was excellent! When your done with a busy adventure this is the place you want to end your day. Spacious, inviting and peaceful are the first few words that come to mind. We were even able to invite friends staying in another location over for a nice meal and spend time visiting and relaxing instead of being rushed...

Stayed at the Kiva with my wife and three kids, ages 5-8, over spring break 2016. The location was perfect for us because it comes with the ease of ski-in, ski-out and a quick walk to the village at a somewhat reasonable price (for Beaver Creek, anyway). While not overflowing with amenities, we did swim in the pool and hot...

This is the second time we've stayed here for my kids to participate in a summer music camp. The condos are very well appointed, great floorplans, and actually have comfortable beds. In the summer, it is quiet and there are not staff here at night. However, you are a short walk to the center of BC town center.

Thank you for posting your review of your stay at Kiva. We love to welcome the music camp families and are glad to hear you had a pleasant experience at Kiva. Indeed the village is a short walk downhill on the way there and uphill home, but it's nice to know you always have the free shuttle to take you...

Stayed here over spring break. Had room 435. Nice size 2 bedroom with loft. Very nice place. All amenities that were needed. House cleaning every other day. Very nice view of BC slopes. We skied out in the mornings to centennial lift. Hyatt is right across the street and has very nice outdoor seating that we used in afternoons when...

I have been coming to this property for over 20 years and it has always been fantastic. Now that I have a young family I have really found it to be just perfect. All of the units are individually owned so the decor will vary between the units, but I have always found the different units to be well appointed...

It was like home away from home. We all had our own space and the little touches, such as a game table, Lego box, and board games meant that when we were not on the slopes, we were still having a blast and no one was bored. Location was key. Close to it all without being right in the center....

We planned our trip last minute and usually I do all the research. I ended up using Anthony Luczkow from Rocky Mountain Vacation Rentals and he knew all about the area, listened to our needs and we picked Kiva!!! Literally steps away and a true ski in ski out condo to Beaver Creek. 3 Minute walk, either down the hill...

Booked this condo for the Tough Mudder, and I'm happy I did. This place is clean, and HUGE! It was a 2 bedroom 3 bathroom unit, it was fully equiped with everything you'd need to live comfortably away from home. The property is beautiful and it's about a 3 minute walk to the base of the mountain where the Mudder...

Just returned from a quick family trip to Beaver Creek Village, Colorado, and we loved it! Stayed over the long MLK weekend. Invited to join a couple other friends who were bringing their families. I was hesitant at first because I'm not much of a skier, and my girls (ages 3, 6, 9) are all beginning level skiers. But this...
