We stayed here with another family. We loved everything from the time we checked in until we checked out. The only reason that they didn't get the 5th star is because the other family never had hot water to shower, we let management know and they said they would fix it, this was around 3pm. We left and came back...

Cute little cabins and the heater works well. A great place to stop when there is a blizzard on the mountain home. I was spittle bummed the coffee and continental breakfast wasn't available at 7am, as I stayed around to get a cu before I hit the road. Bring your own lotion too

FOTM is a very modest, cozy, tourist court style motel. I have stayed there several times and always enjoyed it. The rooms are quite small but smartly laid out. It seems to have had some recent upgrades. Very clean, friendly, and in a great location. There is a modest complimentary breakfast. This is not the place if you want chain...

Visited our daughter and son I law for a turkey delish dinner. Stayed at this warm cozy sweet place near their home. Near the Boulder creek (which we could hear at night- so soothing) the park for walks and hikes up the mountains. Saw a review that they had bugs but there were NONE! Call the place and they will...

We are big fans of the quirky "roadside motel" and FOTM definitely ranks up there as one of the ones we have enjoyed a bunch. Rustic place on the western edge of Boulder. ~17 rooms ("cabins"). We had a Cozy Up room, which was definitely cozy, but clean, comfortable, and quite affordable. Bed was great, shower was strong & hot,...

Tucked in at the end of Arapahoe, this motel was a delightful little surprise. Rooms are in a row of small cabins, wood-paneled inside and out, adorably rustic and simple. Staff were friendly & helpful, knew the area well, & gave great advice about places to eat or things to do. Location is in an older traditional residential neighborhood, on...

I am a frequent business traveler and often choose to stay at the national chain hotels, but I wanted something different for my quick overnight in Boulder. This review is for the Cozy Queen room. I did not see any of the other motel rooms or accommodations and checked out in the morning before the office was open (7 am)....

lovintheUP, Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. It appears we dropped the ball on this room and we greatly apologize. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us. We have recently undergone some upgrades on the property and as such still have some tidying up to do. We did have all the carpets professionally cleaned about...

When I discovered this place I wasn't too sure what to expect, but I absolutely loved the motel and room we stayed in. Not sure what the name of our specific room was, but it was a double queen(#17). It is a bit small, but honestly I loved how cozy and cabin like it felt. You are literally at the...

This is an old motor court straight out of the 1930s. I knew that going in, but it's small and spartan. It was clean, the beds were fine, parking is right by your cabin, and finding it is easy. We stayed there mostly because it is right next to the river trail, and we could walk to and from downtown...

SLCal, Thanks for the feedback. We love the atmosphere you described in your review(Bonnie and Clyde HAHA), it really does feel like a step back in time. As such, it was built in the 30's and standards for rooms sizes back then are not what they are now. So, smaller rooms are something that we embrace as quirky and unique...

My husband and I spent 2 nights there. Great little spot, about 20 minute walk to downtown. We took a nice hike across the street, the view is beautiful especially in the morning. Boulder is such a fun town, loved it! Back to the motel, bed is comfy, breakfast is good enough to get you on your way! Friendly staff!...
