We stayed 4 nights at the "Park Model" which is a small trailer with it's own bathroom and kitchen. My husband and I stayed in this exact location and cabin 3 years ago with our 2 sons. The management has changed since then. I was called a couple weeks before our reservation and was informed that they were having a... More

My wife and I were traveling in an RV rental and called ahead to see if there were any spaces available for the night of the 5th. The lady on the phone sounded friendly enough so we headed that way departing from the KOA in Estes Park. We arrived at a time during the day when the office is t... More

We stayed there on a vacation, and everything was fine. Campground was very clean, even the campground was raked. But I hate being on vacation and staying somewhere that has rules for everything. We were there and it started raining, so as we were going into town, I stopped at the office (parked in front with the engine running and... More

We really hate having to put signs up everywhere, but we constantly have folks blocking fire lanes and exits for other campers, "just stopping for a minute" that turns into 15 minutes, and when we ask them to please park in the parking area right next to the building saying "there isn't a no parking sign over here". So we... More

I enjoy giving property owners the benefit of doubt... however we arrived late just before checkin closing at 9 P.M. to be informed that we would have to pay in full for our stay in their " Kabin", which was not even close to their on line photographs... Tried to hook up to their wifi, only to find a very... More

Thanks for your review. You did not speak to our daughter, but to one of our other employees and you were rude to her. We offered to refund your money on the next morning after your arrival and you declined and stated you would stay. Thank you for not returning to our campground. More

I guess beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Yes the mountains in the distance are quite beautiful. However the campground was very rugged. The spot we were assigned was barely large enough for our rig and was not level. There were large ants everywhere! The area just outside the door of our RV sloped up so much picnic... More

We stayed in a travel trailer at this campground for 2 nights. We could only get electric and water. There is no TV reception and Wifi is very poor. Our campsite was dirt and most of the roads in the campground are dirt. The campground was surrounded by large and beautiful rock boulders, and the view from the campground was... More

Check in was a snap. We were given a great tent site with a fabulous view of Mt Princeton. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked, with plenty of hot water ( but it's high desert so wasting it with long showers is a no no ). The rec room usually had someone in there playing pool, ping pong, cards,... More

Booked this site late, from the map it didn't look like the site would have a sewer, essential in a small motorhome. Site was infested with ants, both black and red. We bought ant powder on our own to make sure we didn't bring any home in the RV. The site really needs some grading. The levelers could handle the... More

Thanks for staying with us and your review and comments. We are working on grading our sites- but our tractor is out for repair. Did want to clarify that the sprinkler is actually getting rid of waste brine from our water treatment system, not wasting fresh water. We do have ants and try to put down powder but it is... More

We stayed in a nice cabin here for 4 nights. The beds were comfotable and the cabin was the right size for me and my son. The hosts and staff were always very friendly to us. The views that we had from our cabin of Mt. princeton and Mt. Antero were beautiful. One of the most scenic campgrounds that I have... More
