Our hotel room was just what we needed for us. We were not planning on staying in the hotel as we wanted to be in town and outside enjoying our surroundings. But it was perfect for my husband and I. There was a porch that looked out on the mountains from the back our room. Just breathtaking.

Had booked for two nights, ended up staying 4. This is in a great location, not too noisy but everything seemed close by. The room was exceptionally clean, well appointed and recently updated. The owners were very nice and helpful, cont. breakfast was adequate. You cannot stay in a better place for the price! The wifi was slow but okay.... More

They knowingly rented me a room that the roof was being torn off of at 7am the next morning without ever saying a word about it to me and it's not like I had a reservation and pre paid or anything I was there with cash then so they absolutely should have told me this but no they don't care... I used this as my base for 5 nights for hiking & sight seeing around Colorado Springs. I had a king bed w/kitchen room. The bed was really comfortable. It was a large room. It's an older hotel so the room was worn but I was gone all day and returned to eat and sleep. I rather pay less $$$... More

The Rainbow was very clean and we had everything we needed. Amazing place to stay and close to everything! It's close to the highway but you don't hear any of the noise. We didn't eat the breakfast so can't give a review on that but the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely a unique stop on our way to Estes... More

Clean, comfortable, and convenient to Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, and cute shopping districts. Travelled to Manitou Springs for a Pikes Peak bike trip with two teenagers. It's not always easy to book a room for three adults. Our room had a king bed plus a queen, which was perfect. Our splurge for this particular trip had been staying... More

The fact that it isn't a chain hotel but a cute older hotel is nice. The rooms have been updated. The microwave didn't work and the water pressure in the shower was lacking. The staff was okay. I may or may not stay again.

We had a great weekend here. They have clean rooms, great staff, and great management. It's super close to Garden of the Gods and Incline. Great views! We will stay here every time we go back to Colorado Springs. Thank you for a great weekend.

If you are looking for a four or five-star accommodation, this is not the place. But if you are looking for an affordable, quaint location to rest your weary bones after visiting the Garden of the Gods and Pike's Peak, then this is the place for you. The manager indicated that the motel had been expanded in stages over the... More

We just retuned from a Labor Day weekend. We all agreed that it was perfect. There was 11 of us and the accommodations couldn't have been better suited. The executive suite was spacious and the kitchen was large and well equipped. We also rented a 2 bedroom cottage right next to the pool. It was very clean and comfortable. It... More
