I have stayed @ many hostels in ski towns over the last few winters traveling around. This one by far was the most clean and comfortable. Yes, the walls are a bit thin and the personality of the people will dictate the environment of the common spaces, but that's hostel life @ this price anywhere .... bring earplugs for sleeping...

Most Americans I have encountered who have stayed in Hostels love those in Europe and HATE those in the USA. Well, here's the new standard for USA hostels...this place is clean, very comfortable and always an inexpensive alternative to the Resort options in Crested Butte--Summer or Winter. We have stayed there in both seasons and could not be more pleased....

A great choice for lodging in CB with an easy 10 minute leisurely walk to town. The woman at the front was friendly and helpful. They give you key cards to access the building. The key also opens your room and the bathroom of your gender. The communal area downstairs is large with several couches, tables and various books and...

We rode our bikes from Marble for a day of single track riding in Created Butte and this place is perfect! For bike tourers, this place is a must if you are riding from CB to Aspen or Marble or over Kebler as it is perfectly located on the edge of town. Need a bus to Gothic? Main bus stop...

If you are looking for clean and inexpensive this just might be the place to stay. Park your car and ride the shuttle or walk into town. The only driving we did was to the trail heads. The shuttle runs to some of those. Large common areas and kitchen, could save you a bundle on food. Staff is friendly. If...

This is a hostel that provide family rooms. They have a kitchen and dining area. Shared bathroom also. Front desk hours very limited and ends at 6pm. But there is a phone provided to call after hours. Room we had was small and the upper berth does not have any guard rail. The room does not seem to have ac...

I stayed at the hostel during a mountain biking trip. It was very clean, safe, and well kept. Totally worth the $40 price. The kitchen had plenty of space, and felt safe using the communal bathrooms. You had your own key in order to get into the room and bathroom.

This hostel was exactly what I was looking for to do a last min. 5 day trip to CB this past January. The cost of the private queen bedroom, with access to the community bathroom, was so inexpensive I thought the advertised price may have been a typo. It was not. In fact, when I go back next year, I'll...

We were supposed to go camping but it started raining so we went ot the nearest town for shelter - luckily that town was Crested Butte. After looking at several places that were pricey, we were directed to this hostel - and boy what a find. Clean, spacious, great, helpful staff and for a very low price. Perfect for people travelling...
