We were there on July 4th 2015, we got there and it was a long line of young women line up to pay for shower room, this place charge 8$/pp for shower for the public, because this hostel has a share shower room and toilets too..it has a mens room and a ladies room with shower, i must say they...

I stayed here with a friend during during summer on a mountain biking trip. It was clean, comfortable and, in early June, quiet and a nice place to rest up after a long journey. No complaints. If arriving quite late it could be a bit of an issue to check in but I'm sure there's a way around that. The...

This is a great place when one keeps in mind that it is a hostel. I found the private room to be comfortable. The communal bathrooms were very large and clean. The common area was warm and inviting. There is a large kitchen, fireplace and a number of comfy sofas. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Though most hostels have a unique odor this one scored pretty high on the rank scale. We paid 100 dollars for our room that could've slept 5-6 comfortably but still didn't feel like it was worth it. They could easily spruce the place up a bit and maybe clean better. I also love how they want you to take the...

Crested Butte is an awesome little town and this hostel is right near the main street, Elk Avenue. It is by far the cheapest place in town (hotels around the area were going for more than $200 a night when I visited!). The hostel is pretty basic for an American hostel. The common rooms were clean enough. When I checked...

Crested Butte is a very expensive place to stay and there are no franchises within the quaint little town except for the True Value Hardware. With that in mind, prices are either high or very high for accommodations that would just be average anywhere else. We stayed two nights in the hostel. It was clean. Rooms were old. I question...

We had the handicapped accessible room on the first floor. This is adjacent to the kitchen area. I was concerned it would be loud at night, but read the quiet hours were from 10pm-8am. However it really wasn't quiet until about 11:15, and we got to hear a couple fighting and slamming doors. The bed sunk in the middle, and...

As there is a definite lack of economical hotels in Crested Butte, this place manages to survive. We stayed in a private room with bath and the room was okay. It was clean and the so was the linen. I just think it was priced higher than comparable places, but then there are not any in Crested Butte. The pillows...

Sadly this is the only hostel in town. That's not to say it's bad, just that it needs to lift its game. We had a private room and had to shift to a family room after the first night when we extended our stay; actually a better deal. The key card system of entry is good but needs some improvement....

We got to this place in the evening almost by mistake after the rain ruined our camping plans. Inside we met Chloe that was super nice and apparently works in the place with her mom (that we met in the morning when we checked out). rooms, toilets and showers were all clean and way fancier than what I usually expect...
