A late check in (10 pm), we were told of all the hotel goings ons and were so with it and opnboard! This place is great! Modern, yet like a boutique, clean yet obviously seeing amazing nights downstairs, oh you can see through the lobby floor to the club! So cool!. We were on the Third floor only 7 rooms...

This was our second time Staying at the Newly Named NATIV Denver. The fact that I'm leaving a review the second time around simply means It was Deserved this time. Me and MY wife Happily encountered a few same great faces and a couple new ones in the busy Night life district. And learned they are In the process of...

I will update this at the conclusion of my trip, but my first impression here is that the hotel has the potential to be great, but not the way it's currently managed: Pros: - Large deck/patio attached to room - Room furnishings are all modern and seem high-quality - Free beer and champagne at the lobby bar Cons: - Noisiest...

This fashionable and upscale boutique hotel was the perfect spot while staying in downtown Denver. Located in the LoDo district, there were plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from within walking distance. My husband and I stayed in the Champagne Room which was sized luxuriously with a jacuzzi, double vanity that had a mirrored TV, modern decor, and a...

The hotel is advertised as a boutique hotel--and the room was boutique-y as hell. Attractive, modern. However, the basement is fitted out as a dance club. And if you're there on event night, it will be like trying to sleep inside a subwoofer until 2am when the event ended. To add insult to injury, some of the event participants rented...

After reading multiple reviews we did not expect a 5 star hotel however we were still pretty disappointed at a few things: 1. We stayed there on a Wednesday night so nothing much was open at the hotel. The coffee shop wasn't even open Thursday morning because it was that employee's "day off". Lobby bar was open for a bit...

We were wandering from Union Station with luggage and time to kill. We came in looking for a place to store a couple bags and get a cup of coffee. The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, with a modern eclectic theme. Clay was super hospitable, storing our bags and giving us some tips on what to see over the next...

Great design, friendly crew on hand. Neighborhood is amazing - live music, ample bars and restaurants. Walked to Union Station for drinks, and then breakfast the next morning. Then off to the museum of contemporary art.

The hotel definitely had the boutique feel but I was pleasantly surprised at the room size. The rooms are spacious with hard wood floors. The bed is comfortable. The glass shower is very trendy! Checkin and checkout was easy and staff is friendly! Great location to walk to restaurants and attractions.

While the location is ideal I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The main issue was the noise - they can't decide if they want to be a dance club or a hotel - but you can't be both. We were on the second floor and there was NO CHANCE I was getting to sleep before 2AM Friday and Saturday...
