Gorgeous campground, very helpful, friendly staff. This is our 3rd time staying here and we are never disappointed. We will be coming back for many years to come. The Dolores river runs right through the middle of the campground, there are some nice walking trails to explore in addition to the very colorful "rock garden" which includes hand painted rocks...

Found heaven...no other campground as good. Will definitely return. The Dolores river right outside my door with great trout fishing. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Rules are strict but not restricting. Every guest loves this place and only those who insist on being obnoxious seem to object to the camp guidelines. If you truly enjoy the outdoors this is...

OK, I've waited for a few weeks since our camping trip to review Priest Gulch because of some conflicting feelings. We chose this campground based on great Trip Advisor reviews, and since our trip we've heard a lot of very positive comments about it from others. This is an absolutely gorgeous campground in a beautiful location. The property is immaculate...

This campground is a favorite place of ours and we have stayed there many times in the past 10 years. It is 105 miles from Farmington, NM where we live. About a 2 hour drive. The campground is right off CO Hwy. 145, 25.5 miles N. of Dolores, CO, 35.5 miles N. of Cortez and 10 miles S. of Rico,...

First, I've read most of the reviews and my experience so far has been wonderful! We arrived a day late because I double-booked us by accident however this was no problem for the kind people here. Park is clean and I don't think I've ever RV camped in a more beautiful setting. Steep canyon walls and the Delores River teeming...

We stayed 3 nights and loved it! The cabin was clean and satisfactory, but the location and the views were what made the stay perfect. The river was gorgeous and peaceful. The campground was clean, well kept, and everyone was very friendly. We have already made plans to stay again this year!

We have stayed at this park before one several occasions and have loved the park every time. Every site has a very well cared for manicured "Lawn" for lack of a better word, picnic tables and a fire ring. The views are amazing in this little park, and the Dolores River flowing right through the middle makes sitting outside by...

Called office as GPS failed to properly identify location by directing a turn right at Railroad Avenue in town when we still had a few miles to go. Friendly owner said keep going and that they knew GPS was an issue so be sure to look at a map or call for directions. Upon arrival you will be pleased to...

While the campground itself is beautiful and the area nice I was really disappointed with the staff. They were rude and short in every interaction. At first I just thought someone was having a bad day, but every person there seemed to be equally rude and short. We were really disappointed and will never stay here again.

“Go to the check in lobby to purchase one of Ernie's (the park owners) famous cinnamon rolls sold every Sat AM. Carry the rolls back to your site, sit down in your lawn chair with a hot cup of coffee and your freshly made still warm huge cinnamon roll and you will definitely know what heaven will be like when we get there! Enjoy!”
