We picked a campsite next to the creek and listened to the lullaby of nature while we slept. The bath house was clean, a few out of order stalls but this was the end of season and wasn't a problem. Fun photo ops too!

Having stayed in a couple campgrounds around Durango in the past, we were looking for something off the beaten path. This campground is located in a box canyon about 1-1/2 miles off highway 160 just west of town. Just a quick run into town, it was a great place for us to base camp for a week. We really enjoyed... What a wonderful, mature growth gem a few miles out of Durango. Would so stay here again next year. Arrived in the rain and guided to our pad with our 16' Bambi. Serene setting along the creek. Wonderful shade trees. Short distance to nice hiking.

We camped in space T5 for a few days, which was located right next to the driveway. We weren't fond of the location, but the site itself was clean and spacious enough for our 6 person tent. Each site has a picnic table, and we also rented a fire pit. The tent sites are close together, and that can be... More

We had a premium spot directly beside the creek (site 66), and we were so happy to stay here during our last leg of the trip before heading back to Texas. We loved being right next to the creek and hearing the sounds of the water. The entire campground has mature and varied landscaping. It really makes a difference compared... More

I can't really speak to the amenities of this campground because unfortunately we were refused a site after making a reservation. Our confirmation email requested we call their office, no toll free number, regarding our late arrival which I did. During the call when I questioned the $7 fee to reserve online the owner became defensive. I did say I... More

The Creekside cabin would have been more idyllic if there had been more water in the creek (but it was July after all). Overall, it was a nice location and it was amazingly quiet for being so close to the restroom and showers. The campground appeared clean and well looked after. The WiFi was spotty but listening to the creek... More

Spent 10 days in August. Campground is well maintained with a friendly staff. Nice pool & laundry facility. Wifi was unreliable. Bathrooms were clean but need some updating. Close to downtown Durango but off the beaten path. Will stay again. Jacuzzi would be a nice addition.

The staff was super and the campground was clean. We stayed in a camper cabin, very comfortable. The pool was clean and the bathroom/showers were perfect. Great place to stay, just outside of downtown Durango. Sara Doerr

Campground was ok. We were placed on a site that was pure mud. No one offered us a different site and all the other sites seemed to have gravel. Didn't seem like the owner took much pride in their park. Dog park was a muddy mess and didn't have any grass for the dogs to do their business. Weather was... More
