Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed for 1 week and had a great time. I think it is a bit newer location as they were still building units. We had two boys 7 & 4 who found the zip line and trampoline very fun. Staff was helpful and easily accessible. Location in central Holland was a big plus for us to easily get to Ouwehands in Rhenen as well as near to train station to get nearly everywhere else. Will definitely be staying again! New units were clean and up to date with large windows and modern appliances.

Smaller than most other Landal parks but with good facilities and modern quality bungalows. Plenty of walking and cycling options nearby. Well maintained indoor pool. 10 minute walk to local shopping area and train station, which makes for easy access to the main cities for a change of scene. Will visit again.

Had a very pleasant stay in a 6 person luxury chalet. Park is small but modern set round a lake. Chalet was modern, light and airy. There is a small indoor play area for younger children and a smallish pool which is clean. In all would recommend.

We hired a cottage with a jacuzzi in the back yard for our family of 4. The cottage was brand new and was very modern. Wonderful kitchen, great beds and wooden floors.

There was also a sauna which we used every night.

You can go for a walk through the forest and there’s also an outdoor + indoor playground for the kids (and free coffee for the parents). We didn’t use the pool, so can’t talk about that.

We had a lovely stay and will probably go back to Landal in the future.

Really can't ask for any better. A short drive from Venendaal and Utrecht. Wiki bin Duurste is also a short drive. We have a 12 person which is spacious, modern and clean. You do have to bring your own laundry and dish soap but no biggie. The large dinner table is awesome. Beds are firm. Pool is great. Location peaceful. Not cheap but an amazing stay.

I visited the Landal bungalow park in October of 2015 with my 2 daughter. We had a wonderful time staying in this comfortable bungalow, allowing each of us a separate bedroom. The location is very central to all the places we wanted to visit.
This year I returned with my husband and stayed in the same park. We had a wonderful stay and my husband was impressed as well with the bungalow and the park itself. The staff was very courteous and accommodating both visits.
I have encouraged my 2 sons, who each have 3 children , to plan a vacation together and stay at the Amerongse berg. We live in the US. My husband and I and one son in North Carolina. My daughters in Colorado and California and my other son in Maryland.
Our family will definitely return to this nice park.

Stayed here 4 nights during the week with my husband and two boys (5 and 1) in a 6-Person Comfort bungalow. Everything was as seen in photos on the website. The bungalow is filled with light (lots of windows), relatively new and modern, and had all the basic facilities you need, I particularly like the kitchen. The only downside was that we had number 34 and despite we were next to the man-made river which would've been a great view, we looked out to hills of sand from the construction of the remaining bungalows to be built. From early morning till early afternoon we have a view of several types of construction vehicles and man working very hard. Fortunately our boys found them quite entertaining. Anyhow I would've appreciated a heads up when we checked in. Both the swimming pools and the playroom are aimed for small children (deepest pool 1.4m) Perfect if you're with children, not if you're a couple. Plenty of nice things for couples to do in the surrounding still. Staff were friendly and helpful. I've included some pictures of the extra items for children we've requested with our booking. The baby bed with the bed sheet and blanket are all ok and clean with the mattress. The play pan is functional. The high chair is somewhat bad, there were two in our bungalow and both were a bit damaged (the table), for my one year old son, it's too big and the seat belts were pretty beaten, we had to use a seat n sack on the chair but my son still manages to stand on the chair. In the end I held him on my lap while feeding most of the time. The cheapest IKEA baby high chair would've been much safer already. My boys and I didn't have problems with the bed, blankets and pillows but my husband couldn't sleep for any of the nights and complained about the polyester. Didn't check for myself but perhaps a suggestion for Landal, offer some spare items of different materials?
