Hidden away in Geni, Seaside is one amazing place. Kostas the owner , his beautiful sister, charming parents and attentive staff. The restaurant is right beside the sparking blue water set against a backdrop of mountains. Crisp table linen, lovely table wear and a menu which never fails to please. The food and wine, locally sourced is Greek with a twist. Absolutely delicious every time. The staff cannot do enough to make sure every evening is special. The accommodation, set alongside the amazing infinity pool is modern, excellent quality and light and airy. The rooms are maintained to a dry high level and kept immaculately clean by the ever cheerful Maria. It is a privilege to come here whether for the evening to eat or to stay, relax and recharge.

Couldn’t be more positive about Seaside apartments. Everything is spot on: Apartment, Cleanliness, Location, Sea View, Pool and all the staff especially the owner Kostas. Kostas and the staff need special praise as nothing is too much trouble. You are made to feel like a valued member of the family while being allowed to have your own space. All very professional and of a very high standard.
The apartments are situated on the edge of a very quiet village (Geni), with a small Supermarket and four popular Tavernas. Additionally adjacent to the apartments there is Seaside’s own high quality restaurant, which is very popular locally with guests arriving by boat (Private Jetty) and car. We have stayed there twice for 10 and 14 days (June 2018 & September 2019) and would not hesitate to go again. Karen & John

Our stay was absolutely delightful. We were warmly welcomed and, despite arriving quite late, were graciously offered a meal at the restaurant. The food was both of excellent quality and wonderfully creative—truly exceptional! The hotel experience was also top-notch. The attentive hosts even arranged a birthday cake for my daughter. We were here last Saturday and had a lovely evening! We lay in the bay and did not book a table for that evening, however it was not a problem. We waited at the front of the restaurant with some wine and got escorted to the table after 15/20 minutes. The service was great and they looked genuinely happy to have us there. The food was delicious as well. If you are in the region, you should definitely pay a visit!!

We have stayed here many times before and can't think of anywhere nicer to spend our holiday. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The apartment is lovely and kept clean and tidy with sheets and towels changed on a regular basis. The views are stunning and having the pool is an added bonus. The restaurant is nextdoor and serves wonderful food. Ideal location and a great place to stay for exploring the beautiful island of lefkas. Can't wait to get back! Glyn and Carol x

Lovely apartment,right next to the sea with infinity swimming pool. Apartments well stocked, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Very quite, even though there is a popular restaurant attached, where most diners arrive by boat. Lady who runs it very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

My wife and I went here on honeymoon at the end of August. When we arrived, we could not believe the quality of the accommodation. Everything was pristine and high quality. The bed was comfortable, with storage space for luggage. A small kitchenette was equipped to a high standard and the bathroom was good quality. Air conditioning unit was very effective too.
The pool is lovely, especially swimming as the sun sets behind the mountain across the bay, and the fact there are only four rooms means it is a very quiet place to stay.
We hired a boat for the week and were able to keep her moored up on the Jetty, getting breakfast from the bakery across the bay each morning and then eating it on the private balcony while looking across the bay. In the evenings we often dined at the restaurant on site, which was very high quality food with excellent service and you can pay by card (it gets busy so best to book in advance just in case).
Throughout our stay Kostas, his family and staff consistently went the extra mile for us, took time to ask how we were and to have a joke with us too. We cannot find fault with any part of our experience there and I wholeheartedly recommend the apartments- we hope to go again soon.

Having just returned from our second holiday at 'Seaside', Geni, Lefkada we felt we needed to tell the rest of the world what a peaceful haven this fabulous holiday venue is. Everything in the 4 lovely apartments is spotlessly clean and of the highest quality - from the well equipped kitchen to the hygienic bathroom; from the large comfortable bed furnished with the best quality cotton bedding to the sweet little balcony with the most beautiful ever-changing views across the infinity pool to the mountains on the other side of the inland sea. Yes, there are TVs and wi-fi.s if these are necessary for you - we just switched them off and forgot about the outside world while we were there. There are traditional Tavernas and Greek restaurants in the village, but the best restaurant on Lefkada is adjacent to the apartments and is run and owned by the fabulous Kostas. In terms of value for money this place is hard to beat. Do not come here if you want an activity, daily sight-seeing holiday, but if relaxation, being cared for and re-charging your batteries is what you are after - there is no better place in the world!

4 beautiful apartments with infinity pool overlooking the stunning Vliho Bay. Each apartment is well appointed, lovely soft bed, crisp white linen, fluffy towels, fab power shower and kitchen area - everything as clean as it could be. This place is quiet and relaxing and absolutely lovely. Kostas and his super staff could not do enough to make our stay perfect - and it was! Next door is the wonderful Seaside Restaurant where again everything is fabulous, traditional Greek dishes along with some with a more modern twist. Lovely crisp linen tablecloths and napkins. You have to try! The attention to detail in both the apartments and the restaurant is second to none, we will certainly be returning next year.
