The wife and I have stayed there three times in the last year and a half with the last being in March 2017. Great décor and history and we really like the balcony suite. Unfortunately, service lacks here. We heard the owners are trying to sell and this is reflected in some of the staff. Our room wasn't cleaned one...

Hotel Colorado, We found our room "old dirty and tired" rather than Classy-Historic. You get what you pay for. I have no idea how there are any positive reviews for this place. I travel all of the time for business and this is, hands down, the worst place I have ever stayed. The elevator was broken. The beds were incredibly soft and sagging, and the room was in disrepair (hole in wall, dirty...

We loved this beautiful old historic hotel. Dog friendly. Beautiful lights & light snow. Just a beautiful town and a fun historic hotel. Modest charge for dogs! Good staff, lovely common rooms with huge fireplaces!
