Our group has been going to EE Ranch for at least 15 years, only missing a few (when the place was being rid of the bats-- see previous review) and last year (during the remodel upgrades). Even though those other places were wonderful (YMCA of the Rockies last year) they don't hold a candle to this place. EE sleeps 15...

Great celebration weekend celebrating life and 70 years. Remodel is excellent and functional. We will return for sure often and soon. A great place to bring a group who you love to be with. The kitchen is excellent for group cooking or cooking for a group. Everything you need is there including an industrial stove, huge sink, and all need...

What a gem! Our group of 25 rented Eagle Eye Ranch for 3 days and we enjoyed the local hiking, biking, golfing and festivals in Grand Lake. PERFECT place for a large group. You MUST rent the entire place, single rooms are not available. The place was clean and comfy and fully equipped, the beds were sturdy and had decent...

This is a preserved, 100 year old hunting lodge that housed our party of 24 with a bed to spare. The onsite caretaker, Kim was very responsive and went out of her way to help us, even to the point of concierge service. The location was near town, and the view was incredible. The huge living room fireplace was welcoming...

Great place to visit. As former reviewers have stated, there are bats, but to be expected in the Rocky Mountains. The onsite hostess, Kim, was amazing. Anything we needed, she was right there with it. My family brought our dog and the hosts dogs got along with ours and it was not a problem! We were able to go rafting...

The house/lodge was great. Old but well preserved and remodeled in the kitchen and baths. Our time, five days, was very comfortable and the Host, Kim, was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The uniqueness to our time there was that the mild winter, early spring and hot weather provided for a overwhelming bat population that the area was...

I'm going to put the worst part first to save you the time of reading the rest of this review - this house is infested with bats. And I do mean infested. There were at least 9 bats in the course of 4 nights inside the house. First night it was 2 in the same bedroom. The caretaker wanted to...

Thank you for your comments in 2012. Eagle Eye Ranch is under new management as of 2015. We have taken all your comments into careful consideration as the new management team. 1. We remodeled the Kitchen and all Bathrooms - they are now modern, have high-end appliances, stone counter-tops, new hot water tank to add pressure to the water on...
