Poor customer service, the front desk older gentleman checking us in was very rude considering we booked online and were the only ones at the desk he really didn't have a lot of work to do for us. I'm big on customer service and even a smile goes a long way. The loft room was clean except the very outdated...

Everything could use updating. Some interesting people living there. There are dogs everywhere. We had barking. We saw a dog pee on the carpet in a hall. There was dog poop outside entrances. People smoking cigars and cigarettes in the hall and hot tub. The front desk people are interesting. Not exactly customer service oriented. We booked what we thought was...

The 70's decor is indeed alive and well at the Inn at Silvercreek. If you have never been to the Inn at Silvercreek you are probably going to think it is a run-down dive that could use about $20 million in renovations... and you'd be correct. There is still a bunch of speculation on WHY the Inn is even where...

This was our 2nd stay at Inn at Silver Creek, the first time we rented through VRBO and our stay was great. This time we booked last minute and got one of the Inn's original Studio condos, it was clean, but dated, the bed/sofa bed were both so uncomfortable, we probably would of been better sleeping on the floor. The...

The room itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything my boyfriend and I needed for an affordable 2-night getaway to the mountains. That being said, every staff member we encountered was extremely rude and unhelpful. The on-site restaurant was overpriced and mediocre at best. The bartender gave us a hard time about ordering food half an hour earlier than the...

Stayed a couple nights with my family. First room they put us in didn't have any HEAT. I mean the room was 28 degrees inside. I have 2 young kids. After finally convincing the front desk we needed a room with heat, we find out the didn't have any hot water for bathing, at 9pm. By 10:30 it was luke...

I stayed at the Inn at Silvercreek for 2 days on Christmas Vacation, and you get what you pay for apparently. This hotel is very very dated, and dirty. My room was not what was advertised. All of the beds either come out of the couch, or out of the wall. All of the rooms in the studios are the...

Everything was clean, staff was courteous, people are nice, everything works. Yea its not five stars, but its expected at the price. Pictures are accurate. Four hot tubs (all worked) and one big pool overlooking the mountains. It was a nice place to lay our heads down at night.

My wfe and I had an average weekend stay at the Inn at Silver Creek. Taken as a whole we enjoyed the lodge area, front desk, pool, hot tub, sauna, etc., but it is dated, needs a significant upgrade, the restaurant's dining room was closed because it was not yet ski season, and the Wi-Fi worked very poorly.

Really run down; horrible customer service; permanent residents on site are kind of scary; in the middle of no-where; fraudulent claims of room descriptions; never again Still in search of refund for nights not spent but management is a no-show.
