While I understand Corozon Puro is currently closed for the 2017 season due to a family emergency, I would still suggest you find out if they've re-opened. Istvan and Barbara were gracious hosts. We were picked up in Pamplona, stayed at their Albergue, had Dinner and Breakfast and a ride into St. Jean Pied du Port in France for the...

I stayed with Barbara and Istvan at the end of April and a few days later as I embarked on my Camino to Santiago. Istvan met my jet lagged body at the bus station in Pamplona and drove me to their home. The house was very clean and comfortable and the food very tasty. I had dinner and breakfast the...

Barbara & Istvan pride themselves in their peaceful private motel and appreciate people going outside to smoke and use their personal devices ( No wifi = peace) We learnt a lot from Barbara giving us advice about what was in store for us along the way and what to expect. 32 days later we reached Santiago and were so grateful...

My dad and I stayed here last week after walking a very big day from St Jean to Roncesvalles the day before. We were spent and were glad to get to Pure Heart just after midday. Barbara put our washing on and pointed us to the little supermarket. We had a twin room and as there was only one other...

Stayed here twice while walking the Camino Frances. It's a great way to start the journey especially for a Camino first timer. I was picked up at the Pamplona bus station both times and transported to St Jean Pied de Port the next morning. All included in the price as was dinner and breakfast in the morning. The couple that...

This was a very good way to begin my journey. From the pickup at the Pamplona train station, to the great meal, good conversation, breakfast and then drop off in St. Jean the next morning, this allowed me to get over a bit of jet lag, and feel very comfortable about my arrival in St. Jean, and the beginning of...

Our first and last stay in a hostel. The woman who welcomed us was anything but cheerful and extremely cold. Reminded me of an Army ambiance. Clean bedroom, twin beds, shared bathroom with other 4-5 rooms. Dinner and breakfast included for 18 Euros p/p.

The price, the room and the food were acceptable. It was disappointing that the house itself was very cold and the welcome equally cool. The bathroom was not meant to be used, without even a hand towel provided. We were told at 9pm not to shower after 10pm or before 6 in the morning; we were told to leave by...

Our group spent a night here en route to St Jean. Great accommodation, an excellent first taste to what the camino was going to be all about. Hosts were friendly, helpful and well travelled. Had also lived in South Africa a few years which was interesting. Had a good nights rest, hot shower and overall a good experience.

What a haven on the Camino! It was a cold wet day in May 2015, I wasn't well but felt immediately better when I walked in to meet my kind hosts. A bath,McLean comfortable beds in twin rooms. Nothing too much trouble & a fun night followed included yoga & toilet etiquette! Bless & thank you
