Smenlt like smoke in a non smoking room. Very cheep looking room small not romanticat all. Not worth $. But they gave us a full refund. It was clean had all the basics. It was further away from town so you cant walk. Got plenty of parking. Pool seasonal.

We found this on travelocity for a good price. It is a small family run motel, very clean and great staff, and big breakfast. It met our needs and they took great care of us. I would stay there again when we go back to the area.

This is an older property with no frills. It wasn't awful and served it's purpose for a 2 night stay on a budget. It could have been cleaner. Plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly. We thought is was within easy walking distance of downtown where the shops and restaurants are, but, that was a stretch. Most people will... More

We were in room 203; it smelled so badly we were sick. Room was dirty, it seemed like some people lived there full time that were neighbors and they were noisy into wee hours of morning. Door lock only caught by maybe 1/4 of inch and crack in door left smoke from people smoking outside the door to come in... More

Breakfast was okay and staff was friendly. But the room wasn't nice, we had spiders and a very old tube tv. WiFi practically unusable because it was so slow. And we had the last room right to the street, so it was very loud. And you can't walk to Manitou Springs, it's to far away, you have to take the... More

I knew this would not be the best of motels but it was even worse than anticipated. It appeared that make-up had been smeared on the wall near the sink and swiped at with a rag as an attempt to clean it up. There was not only cobwebs in a corner, but the spider who made it still in residence.... More

The silver saddle motel is ok for a short visit. breakfast is so so and the rooms are very ordinary. The hair dryer was awesome. No iron in the room had to go to the office to get one every day. Stayed 4 nights. Did not have a choice this time since nothing was available. The reception staff was very... More

Right in the middle of everything with a great view of the Garden of the Gods. Not fancy but good value and breakfast was good. All in all I would stay there again. Helpful management to get you to the local attractions and restaurants

Obviously this is an older motel, I stayed 40+ years ago with my family. If you are looking for a resort, this is not the place. If you are looking for a place to rest while visiting the area, this is a reasonable price and central location to Manitou, Pikes Peak region, Garden of the Gods, etc. the rooms are... More

This motel has been here for over 80 years, so the rooms are smaller than more recently built motels and it shows it's age in places. A king size bed pretty much fills the room with one chair and a chest with drawers for clothes. No work desk for computer. The TV was a little old and had basic cable... More
