We visited MPHSR last winter (stayed in a cabin) and decided to go again this year after a day of skiing at Copper Mountain. It was an hour drive to Buena Vista (visit the Eddyline Brewery) and then just a little farther to the resort. We got a 6 person room (2 queens in one room, another in a lock...

All personnel were delightful; lovely setting; enjoyed Japanese soaking pools; dinner in restaurant very good and pleasant. Rooms are spotty- need consistency - clock missing in one; bulbs burned out. Housekeeping needs a checklist

Loved the new Spa and Hot Springs. Facilities are great, 16+, with locker rooms, gym, snack bar with smoothies and bar drinks, steam bath & sauna, cold plunge, big warm lap pool and three "Goldilocks" (real hot, just right and foolish) outdoor rock pools. Hot pools also in the river and older facilities and pools on the resort side (north)...

I booked a room for my son and his wife for their birthdays. The dates of our son and daughter-in-law's birthdays are very close, so we booked a visit to Mount Princeton Hot Springs as a combination present. They were coming from Atlanta to visit us for an early Thanksgiving visit. The customer service I received was exceptional. The woman...

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, wonderful pools and magnificent views! The rooms and cabins are spread out enough to make you feel like you are in the forest rather than a resort.

John King who works at the pools was very friendly and helpful to our family of 5. This was our first visit to the Mount Princeton Hot Springs, John explained everything to us and made us feel very welcome. The natural hot springs are very relaxing. this is a very family friendly place, but if you want adult time, you...

Sheets look slept on with sheets just pulled up and made. Hair found on pillows and in bathtub. Toilet paper half used. No extra roll. Just not happy. When I spoke to front desk, we had to ask for another room rather than being offered another room. For the price, the room is not worth it unless you are going...

The resort setting is so beautiful, it helped overlook the not so good features. I do not recommend a winter stay. First, the safety of their guests is NOT up to par. I would be shocked if they have an insurance company insuring them. They do not have enough entry/exit ladders in the pools, there are NO ladders or stairs...

Hilltop room, a quaint room, a little bit older but clean. A walk down to the pools but may drive. Lights to walk coming about half way up from the pools but then at night no lights to get all the way to the room, very dark at night

The hillside room was much nicer than expected and the staff was extremely helpful. We had such a wonderful time exploring the area, using the pools and spa, lounging in the river, and enjoying the cuisine. I was especially impressed with Gary, a senior member of the staff, who went out of his way to make sure we had a...
