Last year I wrote a review about the Alpine Inn and it was not my first one. Last october I spent 4 days there and I was once more thrilled by the well above average quality offered and the outstanding service. Personally I have to admit that one of the reasons why I return evey year to Pagosa Springs is... More

The hotel was very accessible and a good place to go for a brief retreat away from the city. Basic services were all we needed and the non-smoking signs were also nice. Basically a simple, clean hotel for our purposes.

A bargain compared to other similar lodgings in Paragosa. Room was good, bed better, and shower terrific. Best of all, the owner. When asked about a dinner recommendation, he listened for what we would be interested in -- and recommended a French restaurant that was reasonable in price and hands down fantastic for food and presentation.

This is a good place for the price, but you have to be willing to overlook things like the screeching bathroom ventilation fan that does not ventilate, or the child-sized toilet with a flimsy, loose seat (that was downright hazardous for a big guy like me). I do give them points for providing multi-outlet electric extensions to conveniently accommodate my... More

Stayed for 4 nights and had a very clean room, very quiet too. The breakfast was nicely laid out every morning and was keep supplied. The owners are very nice and informative, enjoyed chatting with them about the area. This place is a real bargain.

We stayed at the Inn on a road trip on our way to Durango. The folks were very friendly. The room was very nice. We upgraded to the King size bed with Jacuzzi. We would definitely stay again. We had driven to pagosa springs from Taos by way of Chama. We decided to stay over since we were tired. The... More

This small family-owned motel is nice. They have added a new breakfast room since last year and have increased rates as well.Everything was fine except for the towels in the bath were worn and threadbare. The owners are nice people and will help you any way they can.I do recommend it after multiple stays.

We were excited about our first visit to Pagosa Springs. We looked at many listings before deciding on and booking this hotel. When we arrived we saw that the facility was in some disarray due to construction. We walked in and looked for someone at the desk. We thought it best to ask to see the room first. When the manager... More

I don't know where all these other people been staying for under 100 a night! This place is a well kept secret!better than home. Very clean. And locally owned by Americans. Would take it over any chain owned place anytime. Very nice for a small business.

We were on a week long camping trip and intially only planned to stay one night in Pagosa Springs here. However thunderstorms for the rest of the week had us change plans and the owners were great in making sure we could stay in the same rooms for two more nights. That helped alot as we were traveling with a... More
