Dear 454emmad, Thank you for taking the time to post your comments about your stay at Blue Lagoon Princess. We are glad that overall you had a nice stay and that you appreciated our staff and the service. Kindly note that on our website we clearly mention the location of the hotel, the distances to the neighbor villages and that the mini fridge in the room is stocked with water bottles on your arrival. We regret to read that you and your baby became unwell during your visit. In our restaurants, we follow and apply very strict daily hygiene procedures according to the HACCP regulations in order to guarantee and enforce standards. There is no indication that you were unwell due to the consumption of food in our premises. We also did not have any other cases reported during your stay or at any other time of the season. In the hotel we offer private doctor services and their charges are as per private sector. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding when visiting her. We thank you again for your comments and hope to welcome you back. Yours sincerely, The Hotel Management

There are four main restaurants (buffet plus two a l carte) and a snack bar. Breakfast is in buffet (from 7am if remember rightly). Snack bar opens at 10 which does sandwiches salads pancakes fruit etc all day. Lunch is in either a lcarte but is buffet. Reservations needed for a la carte. There were often ham or cheese sandwiches in bar near reception and reception of an evening but no set food area once restaurants closed at night. Number of bars and pool bars available throughout day. Drinks included are all local brand. You have to pay for international brands. A Hendricks and tonic was €12 so not really worth it!! This is probably the best hotel and family holiday we’ve ever been on. You won’t regret going.
